BUPATI Blora Arief Rohman dan Wakil Bupati Tri Yuli Setyowati tertarik dengan kain batik hasil karya dari tangan-tangan kreatif para peserta pelatihan berbasis kompetensi tahap 2 di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Blora, Senin (10/5/2021).
Salah satu peserta dari Kelas Batik, Ika, dengan bangga menunjukkan hasil karyanya berupa kain batik cap serta tulis di hadapan Bupati Arief Rohman dan Wakil Bupati Tri Yuli Setyowati.
“Kami ingin Bapak Bupati, dan Ibu Wakil Bupati untuk merekomendasikan bagaimana kita harus menyalurkan serta mendistribusikan hasil karya ini agar sesuai harapan kita, dan supaya dikenal luas,” ucap Ika.
Ika pun berharap agar Bupati dan Wakil Bupati berkenan untuk memakai batik hasil karya para peserta pelatihan di BLK.
“Hasil karya kami ini, kami harapkan untuk dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat Blora, serta dapat dipakai olah Bapak Bupati dan Ibu Wakil Bupati,” harapnya.
Usai menyaksikan kain batik yang dipamerkan Ika, Bupati Arief Rohman mengapresiasi hasil karya batik yang menurutnya bagus dan menarik itu, bahkan berencana akan menggunakannya.
“Saya nanti coba beli hasilnya, biar saya pakai sama Bu Wakil sekaligus untuk saya kenalkan batiknya,” ungkap Bupati Arief Rohman dengan bangga, yang langsung disambut riuh gembira para peserta.
Bupati Arief Rohman mendorong, ke depan sektor perbankan turut digandeng, agar alumni BLK ini berkesempatan mendapat pinjaman untuk modal jika ingin membuka usaha.
“Bagaimana nanti bisa mendapat pinjaman dengan skema Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), karena KUR adalah skema yang paling murah, jadi bisa dijadikan modal. Rata-rata kendalanya, setelah punya keahlian (skill), saat mau buka usaha, peralatan dan modal belum ada,” beber Arief.
“Maka ini nanti juga harus disambungkan dengan perbankan, atau kita ada pendampingan untuk mbak-mas yang berusaha mandiri, jadi pengin menciptakan lapangan kerja baru,” lanjutnya.
Bupati juga mendorong agar hasil karya para alumni pelatihan BLK untuk dapat dipromosikan di Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP).
“Kita buka MPP, nanti di sana juga ada showroom untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), hasil dari BLK ini bisa ikut dipromosikan,” pesan Arief.
Sementara Kepala UPTD BLK Blora Amik Kristanti menyampaikan, melalui Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2021, pihaknya menerima 17 program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan tiga tahap.
“Tujuannya adalah untuk pencari kerja, sehingga nanti bisa mandiri di dunia usaha dan industri,” ucapnya.
Sebagai informasi, selama 2018 hingga 2020, BLK Blora telah meluluskan 928 orang, yang berdasarkan data sebelum pandemi, sebagian besar telah membuka usaha sendiri atau memperoleh pekerjaan.
Amik merinci, pada tahap II yang dimulai 5 April 2021 dengan membuka Kelas Tata Boga selama 18 hari, Kelas Komputer selama 33 hari, Kelas Jahit selama 33 hari, Kelas Salon selama 33 hari, serta Kelas Batik selama 33 hari. Dengan jumlah peserta masing-masing kelas sebanyak 16 orang.
“Tiga bulan pasca-pelatihan, para alumni atau peserta diminta wajib melaporkan apakah sudah mendapatkan kerja atau belum,” paparnya.
Turut ditampilkan hasil karya yang menarik dari para peserta yang lulus pelatihan BLK berupa batik, taplak meja, tas, dan sebagainya. Selain itu, ditampilkan pula fashion show yang menampilkan busana apik nan menawan hasil kreasi para peserta pelatihan.
Menandai penutupan pelatihan, Bupati Arief Rohman dan Wakil Bupati Tri Yuli Setyowati didampingi Plt Kepala Disperinaker Kabupaten Blora menyerahkan sertifikat kelulusan pada perwakilan peserta.***
