Grobogan-Inspirasiline.com. Atas pelanggaran penyimpangan dana Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai ( BPNT)/PKH yang dilakukan oleh seorang PNS staf Kantor Kecamatan Ngaringan Kabupaten Grobogan bernitial KS terhadap keluarga penerima manfaat yang telah meninggal dunia atas nama Moeh Moersyid Djunaidi warga Ngaringan Grobogan, akhirnya Camat Ngaringan Widodo Joko Nugroho SSTP mengambil tindakan tegas kepada PNS tersebut berupa tindakan administrasi dan melaporkannya kepada Bupati melalui BKPPD Grobogan. Demikian disampaikan Camat Ngaringan Widodo Joko Nugroho SSTP kepada Inspirasiline.com melalui ponselnya, Selasa ( 17/5/22).
“Ya betul, saya sudah mengambil sangsi tegas administrasi kepada KS dan hari ini saya laporkan kepada Bupati lewat BKPPD” ujarnya.
Sebagaimana diberitakan, KS seorang PNS Kantor Kecamatan Ngaringan berhasil mencairkan ATM milik keluarga penerima manfaat program BPNT di BRI Unit Ngaringan atas nama Moeh Moersyid Djunaidi warga Ngaringan yang telah meninggal Agustus 2022 lalu. Padahal ahli waris keluarga almarhum, yakni istrinya tidak pernah menerima ATM atau buku tabungan dari BRI Unit Ngaringan, apalagi mencairkannya.
Hal itu berawal dari informasi pendamping PKH Desa Ngaringan dan Ngarap-arap, Tri Yunarni, ketika Maret 2022 kemasukan auto PKH atas nama Moeh Moersyid Djunaidi, yang sebelumnya menerima BPNT, padahal KPM ini telah meninggal dunia bulan Agustus 2021. Menurut Yunarni, data auto PKH itu masuk by system jadi meninggal ataupun tidak, mampu atau tidak secara otomatis masuk dalam sistem. Mengingat KPM tersebut telah almarhum, Yunarni berusaha menanyakan istri almarhum apakah setelah suaminya meninggal sudah pernah mendapatkan haknya, istri almarhum mengatakan setelah meninggalnya suami hingga saat ini belum pernah mendapatkan bantuan tersebut.
Setelah Yunarni melakukan pengecekan data, ternyata ada transaksi sebesar Ro. 1,2 juta.
“Ini janggal sekali, ATM KKS yang sudah almarhum biasanya tersimpan di BRI, kok ini bisa pindah ke orang lain yang bukan ahli warisnya, malah pindah ke tangan oknum KS, staf kecamatan Ngaringan” ungkapnya.
Ketika ditemui awak media, KS mengakui perbuatannya bahwa dialah yang mencairkan dana bantuan atas nama almarhum ke BRi Unit Ngaringan, dan dia siap mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya didepan hukum. Dana yang dicairkan tersebut dipergunakan untuk pribadinya KS beralasan khilaf dan kepepet. ( jokowi)
