Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Undian Lunas Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) Putaran Terakhir Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Eks Kawedanan Gesi yaitu di Objek Wisata Baru Kolam Renang Pancuran Milik Badan Usaha Milik Desa ( BUMDes) Aulia Desa Dukuh Kecamatan Tangen Selasa (5/12/2023).
Kegiatan Undian PBB Tahun ini dilakukan berbeda karena dilaksanakan di Objek-Objek Wisata Kabupaten Sragen dengan Tujuan untuk Mengenalkan Obyek-Obyek Wisata Sragen Kepada Masyarakat Luas.
“Pertama Kita lakukan di Gunung Kemukus, Kedua di Ndayu Park, Ketiga di Bayanan Hot Spring Water, dan Sekarang di Kolam Renang Bumdes Alia di Desa Dukuh, Tangen. Hadirnya Kita disini agar Warga Sekitar Mengetahui ada Obyek Wisata yang perlu Kita Uri-Uri bersama. Sehingga Tujuan BUMDes tercapai yaitu Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat dan Desa Dukuh.” Ungkap Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Kabupaten Sragen, Dwiyanto S.STP Mengawali Sambutan.
Dwiyanto Mengapresiasi Kecamatan Gesi Merupakan Wilayah tercepat yang telah Lunas PBB. Rata-Rata Pelunasan tersebut dilakukan sebelum 30 Maret 2023.
“Terimakasih Sekali, Para Petugas Pemungut PBB Khususnya Pak Camat, Pak Kepala Desa (Kades) dan Pak Bayan Seluruh Wilayah Eks-Kawedanan Gesi telah Lunas semua. Ada Jenar, Mondokan, Sukodono, Tangen masih memiliki PR Satu Desa Usahakan Sebelum 1 Desember Sudah Lunas, dan Gesi merupakan yang tercepat.” Ungkapnya.
Capaian Tahun 2023 di Wilayah Eks- Kawedanan Gesi Sangat Melampaui Target, yaitu Rp 133 Miliar (107%) Melebihi dari Target yang ditetapkan Rp 121,5 Miliar.
Sementara Anggaran yang diberikan Ke Desa baik ADD, Dana Bagi Hasil maupun DD dari Tahun Ketahun semakin Meningkat. Untuk Tahun 2023 secara Akumulasi mencapai Rp 356 Miliar Transfer Dana Ke Desa.
“Dibandingkan dengan Pajak, Dana yang dibagi Ke Desa lebih banyak yaitu Rp 356 Miliar. Untuk itu Saya minta dari Tahun Ketahun bisa membantu Pemerintah Daerah dalam Mengoptimalkan Pajak maupun Pendapatan lainnya maupun Retribusi di Wilayah masing-masing.” Urainya.
Bupati Sragen dr. Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati Menyatakan Rasa Suka Citanya atas Penyelenggaraan Undian PBB di Objek Wisata Baru Kolam Renang Pancuran Desa Dukuh Milik BUMDes Alia.
“Semoga Kolam Renangnya Berkembang, dan Bisa Menambah Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD) dan membuat Masyarakatnya lebih Sejahtera.” Ungkapnya.
Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati Mengatakan Pada Anggaran Perubahan 2024 dari Empat Wilayah Eks Kawedanan di Kabupaten Sragen ada 20 Desa yang telah melunasi PBB secara cepat dan mendapatkan bantuan keuangan khusus dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Sragen senilai Rp 100 Juta.
“Wujud Perhatian Pemerintah Berupa Hadiah bukanlah menjadi Tujuan Utama, melainkan sebagai Warga Negara Kita Wajib Membayar Pajak, karena Pengembaliannya-pun untuk Masyarakat. Terimakasih selama ini telah Membayar Pajak dengan baik. Sehingga PAD-nya juga meningkat.”Imbuhnya.
Pengundian PBB Putaran terakhir di Eks-Kawedanan Gesi diperuntukkan bagi Warga yang melunasi PBB dan akan mendapatkan Hadiah Utama berupa Sepeda Motor, Kemudian 3 Buah Sepeda MTB, Televisi, Mesin Cuci, Kipas Angin, dan Kompor Gas.
Salah Satu Warga Desa Trombol Mondokan, Madiono Hadi Sudirman berhasil mendapatkan Hadiah Utama Sebuah Sepeda Motor setelah diundi secara langsung oleh Orang Nomor Satu di Bumi Sukowati.
Pada Kesempatan tersebut Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati juga Menyerahkan Penghargaan untuk Lima Desa dengan Lunas PBB tercepat diantaranya Desa Slendro Kecamatan Gesi, Desa Gesi Kecamatan Gesi, Desa Blangu Kecamatan Gesi, Desa Pilangsari Kecamatan Gesi dan Desa Japoh Kecamatan Jenar.
