AKSI pencurian traktor penyedot air milik petani di wilayah Kecamatan Sarang, Rembang, Jawa Tengah, berhasil diungkap jajaran Polres setempat.
Dalam beberapa hari terakhir, Polres Rembang berhasil meringkus dua tersangka, penadah dan pencuri traktor. Satu tersangka lainnya berhasil melarikan diri dan saat ini masih buron alias masuk Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO).
Aksi pencurian traktor dan mesin pompa air dalam beberapa bulan terakhir sangat meresahkan kalangan petani di wilayah Rembang timur.
Kapolres Rembang AKBP Kurniawan Ronggre didampingi Kasatreskrim AKP Bambang Sugito kepada media, Jumat (4/9/2020) menjelaskan, pencuri traktor yang sudah ditangkap adalah Samik (41), warga Desa Gilis, Kecamatan Sarang, Rembang.
Sedang temannya bernama Masduki alias Ambon, yang juga warga Desa Gilis masih buron. Sementara satu tersangka lainnya adalah Zamroni, juga warga Gilis sebagai penadah.
Kurniawan Ronggre menambahkan, dari tangan dua tersangka, pihaknya berhasil mengamankan lima unit traktor merk Quick sebagai barang bukti.
“Menurut pengakuan keduanya, traktor hasil curian dijual kepada Zamroni (penadah) Rp 2 juta per unit. Yang memprihatinkan, beberapa unit traktor yang dicuri adalah traktor bantuan Pemkab Rembang kepada Kelompok Tani (Kelomtan) untuk meningkatkan produksi pertanian,” terang Kurniawan Ronggre.
Mantan Kapolres Jakarta Utara itu menambahkan, kronologis pencurian traktor terbongkar saat salah seorang korban warga Desa Gilis melapor ke Polsek Sarang tentang hilangnya traktor miliknya.
Traktor milik korban hilang pada 2 Agustus 2020. Satu unit traktor miliknya yang ditaruh di belakang rumah raib. Padahal sekitar pukul 17.00 sorenya, traktor masih berada di belakang rumah.
“Setelah mendapat laporan dari korban, Satreskrim Polsek Sarang bersama Resmob Polres Rembang bergerak cepat melakukan penyelidikan dan akhirnya berhasil mengungkap kasus tersebut dan menangkap dua tersangka,” pungkas Kurniawan.***
