KOMISI Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Sukoharjo akhirnya menetapkan Pasangan Calon (Paslon) Bupati-Wakil Bupati terpilih hasil Pilkada 2020, setelah KPU menerima surat dari Panitera Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) perihal Keterangan Perkara PHP-Gub/Kab/Kota Tahun 2021 yang diregistrasi di MK pada Rabu (20/1/2021) kemarin.
Penetapan paslon terpilih Pilkada Sukoharjo digelar sore ini, Kamis (21/1/2021), pukul 16.00.
“Karena untuk Sukoharjo tidak terdapat permohonan perselisihan hasil Pilkada yang diajukan ke MK, maka KPU bisa melanjutkan ke tahapan selanjutnya, yakni penetapan paslon terpilih,” ujar Ketua KPU Sukoharjo Nuril Huda.
Dikatakan Nuril, agenda penetapan paslon terpilih untuk yang tidak ada permohonan perselisihan dilakukan paling lama lima hari setelah MK secara resmi memberitahukan pada KPU adanya permohonan perselisihan hasil Pilkada yang telah diregistrasi dalam e-BRPK.
Namun, agar tahapan segera selesai, KPU Sukoharjo langsung menjadwalkan agenda penetapan hari ini.
“Karena e-BRPK sudah kami terima, agenda penetapan paslon terpilih kami agendakan biar tahapan segera selesai. Setelah penetapan paslon terpilih, tinggal mengajukan berkas pelantikan ke Mendagri melalui DPRD,” ujarnya.
Seperti diketahui, Paslon Etik Suryani-Agus Santosa (EA) keluar sebagai pemenang Pilkada Sukoharjo 2020.
Terkait hasil Pilkada tersebut, pasangan Joko Santosa-Wiwaha Aji Santosa (Joswi) tidak melayangkan gugatan ke MK.
Sesuai pleno penetapan hasil Pilkada oleh KPU, EA mengantongi 266.500 suara (53,34%), sedangkan Paslon Joswi meraih 233.108 suara (46,66%).***
