SATUAN Reserse (Satres) Narkoba Polres Grobogan, Polda Jawa Tengah mengamankan seorang anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) setempat berinisial FT dari Partai Gerindra, karena ketahuan.mengonsumsi narkoba jenis ganja di rumahnya.
“Oknum wakil rakyat tersebut kita amankan di rumahnya, Rabu (5/5/2021),” kata Kapolres Grobogan AKBP Jury Leonard Siahaan saat konferensi pers di Mapolres, Jumat (7/5/2021).
Selain mengamankan FT, petugas juga menyita sejumlah barang bukti berupa satu bungkus paket warna kuning yang berisi ganja seberat 23,6 gram dan sebuah handphone.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan petugas, FT membeli ganja secara online dari Jakarta. Barang tersebut dikirim.melalui jasa paket ke alamat FT sekitar lima bulan lalu.
Setelah habis dikonsumsi, FT membeli barang haram itu lagi. Barang bukti tersebut merupakan kali yang kedua yang dibeli dan dikonsumsinya.
Berdasarkan pemeriksaan petugas, FT mengaku terpaksa membeli dan mengonsumsi ganja tersebut untuk mengatasi gangguan insomnia (sulit tidur) yang dialaminya selama ini.
“Pelaku bisa dijerat pasal 14 ayat 1 subsider pasal 111 ayat 1 Undang Undang RI No 35 th 2009 tentang Narkoba,” tegas Kapolres AKBP Jury Leonard Siahaan.***
