Blora-Inspirasiline.com. Bupati Blora, H. Arief Rohman, S.IP., M.Si, memuji dan salut dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh SMPN 1 Kunduran. Yakni, guru-guru setempat membimbing siswa-siswinya untuk produksi dan kembangkan kain ecoprint.
“Selamat ulang tahun ke -57 SMP Negeri 1 Kunduran. Top ini, keren. Setahu saya, di Blora ya baru SMP negeri 1 Kunduran yang mengembangkan keterampilan ecoprint,” ucap Bupati.Arief, saat menghadiri ulang tahun ke -57, SMPN 1 Kunduran, Selasa (30/2/2022).
Bupati mengungkapkan, beberapa hari lalu dirinya sempat bertanya ketika dapat kiriman kain ecoprint. Ternyata produk adik-adik SMP Negeri 1 Kunduran.
‘’ Setelah jadi langsung saya pakai hari ini. Bagus lho ini, patut untuk terus dikembangkan agar bisa masuk pasar nasional,” papar Bupati.
Menurut Bupati yang hadir didampingi Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Aunur Rofiq, SE., M.Si, produk kain ecoprint murid-murid SMPN 1 Kunduran, nantinya bisa dikembangkan bersama Dekranasda dan OPD terkait. Baik dalam pengembangan desain, pemilihan warna, hingga penjualan.
“Kreatif, inovatif. Pak Parno Kepala Sekolah ini memang selalu punya inovasi. Dulu saat menjabat Kepala SMPN 1 Todanan juga berhasil membangun sekolah adiwiyata. Kini di SMPN 1 Kunduran berhasil meluncurkan ecoprint sebagai ikon sekolah,” papar Bupati.
Menurutnya, selain membekali siswa dengan ilmu akademik, SMPN 1 Kunduran juga membuka peluang wirausaha untuk para siswa. ‘’Ini bagus sekali, kita bekali anak-anak ketrampilan lain. Mari kita bantu promosi, para alumni bisa dikabari agar bisa ikut membeli produk adik-adik kelasnya ini,” tambah Bupati Arief.
Bupati berharap, agar sekolah negeri lainnya di Blora terus melakukan inovasi pembelajaran dan kompetensi keterampilan. Sehingga tidak kalah dengan sekolah swasta.
Ecoprint merupakan sebuah teknik cetak dengan pewarnaan kain alami yang cukup sederhana namun dapat menghasilkan motif yang unik dan otentik.
Prinsip pembuatannya adalah, melalui kontak langsung antara daun, bunga, batang atau bagian tumbuhan lain yang mengandung pigmen warna dengan media kain. Sehingga menghasilkan kain bermotif alam yang bagus untuk pakaian.
Peluncuran Produk
Diketahui, bertepatan dengan momentum ulang tahunnya ke 57, SMP Negeri 1 Kunduran, Selasa (30/2/2022) melakukan peluncuran produk unggulan ecoprint hasil karya para siswa sebagai ikon sekolah.
Peluncuran yang dilaksanakan di halaman sekolah ini dihadiri langsung oleh Bupati H. Arief Rohman, S.IP., M.Si., didampingi Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Aunur Rofiq, SE., M.Si.
Di hadapan Bupati dan Ka Disdik, Kepala SMPN 1 Kunduran, Suparno, S.Pd., menyampaikan, pihaknya ingin memberikan kompetensi tambahan sekaligus keterampilan wirausaha kepada para siswa siswinya.
“Kami pilih ecoprint sebagai ikon sekolah kami. Setelah beberapa kali kita laksanakan pelatihan, alhamdulillah hasilnya bagus. Sehingga hari ini bertepatan dengan HUT ke -57 sekolah, kami luncurkan ecoprint sebagai ikon SMPN 1 Kunduran. Semoga SMPN 1 Kunduran bisa semakin maju, berprestasi, berakhlak, dan berkarakter. Mohon bimbingannya Pak Bupati,” ucap Suparno.
Saat hadir di SMPN 1 Kunduran, Bupati juga diajak meninjau proses tahapan pembuatan ecoprint yang dilakukan oleh para siswa setempat. Bahkan Bupati ikut mempraktekkan beberapa tahapan pembuatan ecoprint. (Tim Liputan Prokompim Blora – Yokanan)
