Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Setelah Soft Opening pada 15 Desember 2022 lalu, Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Sragen sudah mulai beroperasi dengan baik sampai dengan saat ini.
Hal itu disampaikan Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Sragen Tugiyono saat memimpin Apel Pagi, Senin (19/2/2023).
“Alhamdullilah Mal Pelayanan Publik sudah mulai beroperasi sejak Soft Opening pada tanggal 15 Desember 2022 kemarin. Meskipun banyak sekali yang harus kami perbaiki. Tentunya jika diperbaiki butuh Anggaran, Pemikiran dan Sumber Daya Manusia ,(SDM).” Ungkap Tugiyono.
Untuk itu Tugiyono meminta kepada seluruh Abdi Sipil Negara (ASN) dapat mensosialisasikan kepada warga masyarakat kehadiran MPP di Kabupaten Sragen yang akan segera melakukan Grand Opening pada Senin 20 Desember 2023 mendatang.
“Rencananya Pelaksanaan Grand Opening akan diresmikan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Abdullah Azwar Anas di tanggal 20 Januari bersamaan dengan enam kabupaten lainnya. Ada Kabupaten Semarang, Wonogiri, Pemalang, Pekalongan, Purbalingga, Demak dan Sragen.” Ungkapnya.
Tugiyono menambahkan 6 Kabupaten tersebut akan bergabung menjadi satu dan dipusatkan di MPP Kabupaten Sragen. Sesuai dengan hasil Evaluasi dari Kemen PAN RB, Grand Opening dari tujuh (7) Kabupaten akan dipusatkan disalah satu Kabupaten yaitu di Kabupaten Sragen.
Tugiyono menyampaikan peresmian untuk ke-7 Kabupaten akan dilakukan secara Virtual dihadiri tujuh (7) Kepala Daerah masing-masing Kabupaten. Saat ini pihaknya tengah mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya agar dapat menampilkan yang terbaik.
Tugiyono mengatakan, pihaknya akan mengajak beberapa Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) terkait bersama-sama nyengkuyung acara Peresmian yang akan diselenggarakan sepekan kedepan.
“Saat ini Mal Pelayanan Publik sudah memiliki 40 Pelayanan. Kami sedang membuat Balai Nikah diatas. Sebelum Grand Opening diharapkan Fasilitas ini sudah ada. Karena ini merupakan Permintaan Masyarakat yang ingin menikah di MPP. Kami juga menyediakan Tempat/Ruangan untuk Pesta Pernikahan dengan Kapasitas 250 Orang.” Jelasnya.
Selain itu katanya, MPP memilkii berbagai Ragam Pelayanan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Salah satu pelayanan di MPP yaitu adanya Pelayanan membuat Paspor yang buka setiap hari Senin dan Rabu.
“Mohon doanya kepada semua masyarakat semoga Persiapan sampai dengan hari H Penyelenggaraan Grand Opening Mal Pelayanan Publik berjalan dengan sukses dan lancar tidak ada halangan.” Ungkap Tugiyono ( Sugimin/17-Release Diskominfo Sragen)
