Rembang-Inspirasiline.com. Pemkab Rembang akhirnya memberi toleransi kepada para pedagang yang menempati lapak liar di luar pagar Pasar Induk Rembang Kota sampai 4 Mei atau setelah lebaran.
Toleransi ini diberikan kepada pedagang untuk yang kedua kalinya. Semula pada 10/3 lalu, pihak terkait akan melakulan eksekusi penertiban lapak liar.
Namun para pedaganginta diundur sepekan kemudian atau 17/3. Namun pedagang minta toleranai kembali dampai setelah lebaran. Dan Pemkab mengakomodir dengan memberi tokeransi teralhir hingga 4 Mei.
Jumlah pedagang yang menempati lapak liar di area sekitar pasar yang terkena penertiban sekitar 500-an pedagang.
Dari pantauan media ini, lapak-lapak pedagang yang berada di utara pasar itu masih berdiri. Belum ada yang membongkar. Padahal sudah sempat ada upaya penertiban dari pihak terkait beberapa waktu lalu.
Rencana penertiban lapak itu bukan tanpa alasan, sebab aturannya pedagang hanya boleh berjualan di radius 1,5 meter dari pagar Pasar Rembang. Sehingga, jika melebihi dari ketentuan tersebut, para pedagang akan ditertibkan.
Kepala Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (Dindagkop UKM) Rembang Mahfudz mengutarakan, pihaknya hanya memberikan sosialisasi tentang larangan parkir di area tersebut.
Sementara terkait penindakan lapak liar, lanjut Mahfudz, pihaknya mengaku masih memberikan toleransi bagi para pedagang yang melanggar untuk kemudian membongkar lapaknya sendiri.
“Atau kami beri toleransi hingga tanggal 4 mei 2023, setelah lebaran,” katanya.
Setelah dibongkar, rencananya, area tersebut akan dipasang rambu larangan parkir. Sehingga, petugas lalu lintas bisa memberikan sanksi pelanggaran tilang. “Parkir di selatan langsung ditilang,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Rahayu, salah satu pedagang menyampaikan, sebelumnya pihaknya telah meminta toleransi agar penertiban lapak sampai dengan setelah hari raya idul fitri.
“Sebelum 4 Mei kalau bisa dibongkar sendiri. Saya minta keringanan setelah lebaran dan akhirnya disetujui,” terang Rahayu. (yon daryono)
