Blora-Inspirasiline.com. Program Desa Anti Korupsi Tahun 202 yang mulai digalakkan, bekerjasama dengan KPK Republik Indonesia, dan Pemprov Jawa Tengah. Tim dari KPK RI dan Pemprov Jateng pun turun langsung ke Blora pada Selasa (9/5/2023), untuk melaksanakan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Pencegahan Korupsi untuk Pemerintah Desa.
Bimtek dipusatkan di Balaidesa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Kedungtuban, dan dibuka langsung oleh Bupati H. Arief Rohman, S.IP., M.Si. Turut hadir tim KPK RI yang dipimpin Dion Hardika Sumarto, selaku Analis Pemberantasan Tipikor KPK, bersama anggotanya Desi Aryati Sulastri, dan Herlina Jeane Aldian. Kemudian ada Plt. Inspektur Blora, Irfan Agustian Iswandaru, AP., M.Si., Sekretaris Dinas PMD, dan Forkopimcam Kedungtuban.
Plt. Inspektur Blora, Irfan Agustian Iswandaru, AP., M.Si., menyampaikan bahwa Pemilihan Desa Sidorejo sebagai lokasi pusat pelaksanaan Bimtek karena desa ini tahun lalu ditetapkan Pak Gubernur sebagai bagian dari 29 Desa Anti Korupsi se Jawa Tengah.
“Oleh karenanya maka kami memilih Desa Sidorejo sebagai pusat pelaksanaan Bimtek untuk desa-desa lainnya se Kabupaten Blora. Paling tidak ada 16 Desa dari 16 Kecamatan yang mengikuti bimtek ini, sebagai pilot project pengembangan program Desa Antri Korupsi sesuai arahan Bapak Bupati,” jelasnya.
Ke enam belas desa yang terpilih menjadi pilot project Desa Anti Korupsi 2023 di Kabupaten Blora, diantaranya Desa Gadon Kec. Cepu, Desa Nglengkir Kec. Bogorejo, Desa Tanjung Kec. Kedungtuban, Desa Adirejo Kec. Tunjungan, Desa Plosorejo Kec. Banjarejo, Desa Brabowan Kec. Sambong, Desa Bekutuk Kec. Randublatung.
Kemudian Desa Cabak Kec. Jiken, Desa Ngilen Kec. Kunduran, Desa Doplang Kec. Jati, Desa Japah Kec. Japah, Desa Dringo Kec.Todanan, Desa Kamolan Kec. Blora, Desa Bacem Kec. Jepon, Desa Semawur Kec. Ngawen, dan Desa Mojorembun Kec. Kradenan.
Bupati Arief Rohman dalam sambutannya, menekankan agar seluruh Desa yang terpilih menjadi pilot project percontohan desa anti korupsi tingkat Kecamatan bisa mengikuti Bimtek dari KPK dengan baik.
“Ini program yang baik bersama KPK RI, untuk mewujudkan Desa Anti Korupsi. Kami minta agar semuanya bisa mengikuti Bimtek ini dengan baik. Praktikan di wilayah kerja masing-masing. Awali dari diri sendiri, kemudian tularkan kepada yang lain. Mari bersama-sama mewujudkan Desa yang mandiri, transparan dan berintegritas. Jangan sampai ada lagi Kepala Desa atau pemerintah desa berurusan dengan Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) gara gara tersangkut kasus korupsi,” tegas Bupati.
Melalui Bimtek Desa Anti Korupsi ini, menurut Bupati Arief Rohman, akan memberikan standar bagi pemerintah daerah dalam membangun kerangka kerja dengan 5 (lima) indikator yang telah ditentukan, yaitu penguatan tata laksana, penguatan pengawasan, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, penguatan partisipasi masyarakat, dan kearifan lokal.
“Saya berharap, setelah mengikuti bimtek ini, semua pihak mendukung dan berperan aktif mewujudkan desa anti korupsi, yaitu pemerintahan desa yang bersih, berwibawa, transparan, tidak diskriminatif, akuntabel, bebas dari praktik korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme, yang didukung oleh seluruh elemen masyarakat. Semoga melalui giat ini kita dapat turut serta mengurangi angka korupsi, dan menyemangati Bapak/ Ibu untuk tidak menjadi penambah kasus korupsi,” pungkas Bupati.
Usai dibuka Bupati, bimtek dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi dari tim KPK Republik Indonesia. (Ti Liputan Prokompim Blora – Yokanan).
