Jepara-Inspirasiline.com. Dalam rangka memperingati HUT Bhayangkara yang ke-77 Polres Jepara gelar baksos  yang berupa bedah rumah salah satu warga yang masih tidak layak huni yaitu rumah Ibu Warsiah. Tepatnya di Desa Pekalongan, Kecamatan Batealit Kabupaten Jepara Jawa Tengah, kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Kamis ((15/6/2023).

Kapolres Jepara AKBP Wahyu Nugroho Setyawan menyampaikan bahwa prosesi pembongkaran genteng kami lakukan secara simbolis dengan disaksikan pula oleh Wakapolres Jepara Kompol Berry, pejabat utama (PJU) Polres Jepara, Forkopimcam Batealit dan perangkat Desa Pekalongan.

Usai pembongkaran genteng secara simbolis, puluhan anggota Polres Jepara yang dibantu personel TNI Koramil 03/Batealit, relawan dan warga Desa Pekalongan membongkar bagian atap rumah Ibu Wasiah. Bedah rumah yang dilakukan Polres Jepara direncanakan memakan waktu satu bulan dengan ukuran rumah 6×10 meter atau type 60.

“Ini adalah kegiatan Polres Jepara dalam rangka memperingati Hari Bhayangkara ke–77. Pada momentum ini, Polres Jepara ingin hadir untuk membantu kesulitan masyarakat,” ucap Kapolres  AKBP Wahyu Nugroho.

Lebih lanjut Kapolres menjelaskan, untuk sasaran bedah rumah antara lain meliputi perbaikan atap, pembangunan tembok, dan lantai. Begitu juga pembuatan kamar mandi. Dia juga mengungkapkan, kediaman Ibu Warsiah ini termasuk kategori rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH). Bagian atap sudah keropos dan hampir ambruk. Terlebih lagi ketika memasuki musim hujan nanti. Air bisa masuk ke dalam rumah karena bocor di beberapa titik.

“Untuk temboknya juga tak kalah memprihatinkan, kayu yang sudah lapuk terlihat dimana-mana. Hal ini tentu saja membahayakan bagi penghuni rumah,” ucap Kapolres.

Dengan bantuan bedah rumah ini kami harapkan  Ibu Warsiah dan keluarga segera memiliki rumah yang aman, nyaman, dan layak huni.  Untuk pembangunannya kami rencanakan bisa selesai bertepatan dengan peringatan HUT Bhayangkara sehingga sekaliyan kami resmikan, ujar AKBP Wahyu Nugroho.

Mudah-mudahan apa yang telah kita perbuat ini bisa membantu meringankan dan kelak menjadi amal serta ladang ibadah untuk kita sekalian, imbuh Kapolres.

Usai melakukan simbolis pembongkaran genting, Kapolres juga memberikan beberapa paket sembako kepada warga desa Pekalongan yang membutuhkan.
