Beberapa awak media yang mau klarifikasi dan konfirmasi ke PT.Formosa Bag Indonesia merasa kecewa, pasalnya insan pers ini di tolak oleh pihak Perusahaan melalui security terkait adanya informasi pungli saat rekruitmen karyawan baru. Info tersebut diperoleh dari warga Desa Gebangan Kecamatan Tegowanu Kabupaten Grobogan Jawa Tengah.
“Soal informasi terkait adanya permintaan uang kepada calon karyawan yang akan masuk atau menjadi karyawan pabrik tersebut sangat santer dikalangan masyarakat, pada Jum’at (27/4/2024).
Awak media mencoba menemui pihak Humas PT. Formosa Bag Indonesia tetapi tidak diterima alias di tolak.
“Menurut warga Tegowanu HR (40) yang sempat ditemui menyebut ada dugaan oknum yang menyalahgunakan jabatannya untuk mencari keuntungan pribadi dengan modus seperti itu minta uang pelicin kepada calon karyawan.
Beberapa Awak Media klarifikasi & konfirmasi yang mencoba mencari informasi tentang kebenaran tersebut ditolak oleh pihak perusahaan PT.Formosa Bag Indonesia, yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Tegowanu Kabupaten Grobogan Jawa Tengah.
Menurut S mantan Pekerja Formusa yang sudah bekerja dari tahun 2021 sampai 2024, kalau bekerja secara baik pasti mendapatkan reward, dan dirinya mendapatkan informasi kalau ingin bekerja di Formusa membayar, namun tidak tau bayarnya berapa, untuk warga Desa Gebangan juga ada yang bekerja di Formusa dan ada juga yang ditolak waktu melamar kerja saya tidak tau alasannya apa.
Sedangkan menurut Pekerja Formosa yang tidak mau disebutkan namanya mengatakan kalau bekerja dan tambah lemburan untuk tambahan lemburannya tidak transparan ketika gajian dan tidak ada slip gajinya.
Selain itu menurut warga ada dugaan pabrik tersebut membuat sumur bor yang diduga tidak berizin, dan soal pembelian lahan milik Desa itu juga perlu di konfirmasi, berapa dia membeli lahan tersebut dan mekanisme seperti apa? Biar masyarakat mengerti jelas karena itu menyangkut informasi publik (KIP) .
