Masih belum adanya kejelasan terkait adanya dugaan korupsi di Kota Semarang yang dilakukan oleh para Pejabat yang saat ini kasus tersebut dalam penanganan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Front Pegiat Anti Korupsi Kota Semarang (FPAKS) mendesak Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk mengusut tuntas dan menindaklanjuti 21 Pejabat Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Semarang yang telah diperiksa KPK terkait dugaan korupsi.
Koordinator FPAKS, Piton Prihantoro, menyatakan bahwa Kota Semarang sedang menghadapi situasi yang tidak kondusif (Semarang Sedang Tidak Baik-Baik Saja) karena hingga saat ini belum ada kejelasan status hukum terkait pemeriksaan ke-21 pejabat tersebut, meskipun proses pemeriksaan sudah dilakukan sejak awal tahun 2024.
“Kami dari Front Pegiat Anti Korupsi Kota Semarang meminta KPK segera memberikan rencana tindak lanjut terkait pemeriksaan 21 Pejabat OPD Kota Semarang, hingga penetapan tersangka dari perilaku korupsi para pejabat tersebut,” Ujar Piton saat jumpa pers di Kafe Attaya, Jalan Soekarno Hatta, Kota Semarang, Rabu (10/7/2024) siang.
Bentuk desakan ini dilakukan dengan mengirimkan surat desakan kepada KPK untuk mempertanyakan tindak lanjut penanganan 21 pejabat Pemkot Semarang tersebut.
Surat ini ditandatangani oleh 10 Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) yang berkomitmen untuk memberantas korupsi di Kota Semarang dan tergabung dalam Front Pegiat Anti Korupsi Kota Semarang.
Sepuluh LSM yang tergabung dalam Front Pegiat Anti Korupsi Kota Semarang adalah Forum Masyarakat Peduli Sosial dan Lingkungan, Indonesia Stop Corruption, Pemerhati Hukum dan Lingkungan, Gerakan Masyarakat Pembela Kebenaran, Lembaga Investigasi Negara, Aliansi Kajian Jurnalis Independen, Lembaga Pengawas Aparatur Negara, Lembaga Pemantau Pembangunan Pendidikan dan Kesehatan, Gerakan Peduli Anak Bangsa, dan Bumi Pertiwi.
“Sepuluh LSM ini akan berangkat ke Jakarta dan menghadap Pimpinan KPK pada Senin, 15 Juli 2024, untuk mempertanyakan tindak lanjut penanganan 21 pejabat Pemkot Semarang,” tegas Piton.
Sebagai pegiat anti korupsi, ia menyoroti bahwa sepanjang tahun 2023 hingga menjelang pemilu 2024, masyarakat Kota Semarang dihadapkan dengan berbagai dugaan penyalahgunaan wewenang oleh pejabat dan aparatur sipil negara yang menggunakan dana APBD.
Beberapa kasus yang hingga kini belum terungkap termasuk tewasnya ASN Kota Semarang, Iwan Budi, yang merupakan saksi kunci dalam kasus dugaan korupsi yang menghebohkan pada tahun 2022 bahkan almarhum banyak mengetahui terkait adanya dugaan korupsi seperti halnya di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup,Dinas Kebakaran, OPD Rumah tangga Sekda, Tata ruang, Bapeda, bahkan sampai OPD Kecamatan.
Semua kasus tersebut seperti terstruktur, Sistematis, dan Masif kesemuanya sampai saat ini kasus tersebut terkesan mandeg(berhenti). Ujar Piton
“Ini menunjukkan bagaimana perilaku korupsi di jajaran ASN Kota Semarang masih sangat mengkhawatirkan. Menurut catatan kami para pegiat anti korupsi kota semarang, dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun belakang ini banyak terjadi dugaan kasus-kasus karupsi yang terjadi di kota semarang muncul bagaikan jamur di musim penghujan,” ungkap Piton.
