Grobogan-Inspirasiline.com. Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kabupaten Grobogan menggelar kegiatan penarikan undian pajak daerah tahun 2024 khususnya PBJT (Pajak Barang dan Jasa Tertentu) seperti rumah makan dan restoran, kafe, hotel , hiburan, parkir dan pajak reklame serta pajak air tanah yang berlangsung di Hotel 21 jl MT Haryono 137 Purwodadi Grobogan pada hari Kamis (14/11/2024).
Penarikan undian tersebut dihadiri Asisten Administrasi Umum Sekda Catur Suhantoro, SH., MM mewakili Bupati Grobogan yang berhalangan hadir, forkompinda, para Kepala OPD terkait, para Camat dan undangan lainnya yakni para pelaku usaha penyedia barang dan jasa disektor rumah makan dan restoran selaku wajib pajak daerah., Pimpinan Bank Jateng.
Penarikan undian ini.dilakukan setahun sekali menjelang tutup tahun dan kali ini merupakan pelaksanaan undian yang keempat kalinya.
Dalam laporannya, Kepala BPPKAD Grobogan Wahyu Susetyono SH MM mengatakan tujuan.diselenggarakannya undian ini yakni untuk memberikan penghargaan atau reward bagi Pengusaha Hotel, Restoran, Kafe, Reklame, Hiburan, Parkir dan Air Tanah, serta bagi masyarakat yang taat membayar Pajak Hotel, Restoran dan Kafe atas penggunaan jasa layanan Hotel, Restoran dan Kafe di Kabupaten Grobogan.
Wahyu menyebut jenis pajak yang diikutkan dalam pemberian penghargaan adalah Pajak Barang dan Jasa Tertentu (PBJT) atas Makanan dan/atau Minuman (Pajak Restoran dan Pajak Kafe); PBJT Jasa Perhotelan; PBJT Jasa Kesenian dan Hiburan; PBJT Jasa Parkir; Pajak Reklame; dan Pajak Air Tanah.
Adapun hadiah yang disediakan bersumber dari Dana APBD Kabupaten Grobogan berupa 2 unit Sepeda motor; 5 unit AC; 10 unit Smart TV; 15 unit Lemari Es; 6 unit Sepeda MTB.
Sedangkan hadiah dari CSR PT. Bank Jateng Cabang Purwodadi berupa 2 unit Motor Listrik; 5 unit Sepeda Listrik; 10 Tabungan Bima, masing-masing senilai Rp. 500.000,- (lima ratus ribu rupiah); dan hadiah hiburan doorprize.
Sambutan Bupati Grobogan yang dibacakan oleh Asisten Administrasi Umum Catur Suhantoro mengatakan target pajak di Tahun 2024 sampai dengan bulan Oktober telah tercapai 91,29 %. Untuk itu Bupati menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan penghargaan kepada Para Kepala OPD, Camat, semua Wajib Pajak hotel, restoran, kafe, hiburan,
parker, reklame dan air tanah serta masyarakat yang telah taat membayar pajak, Serta Tim Penertiban Pajak Daerah (TP2D) dari Kejaksaan Negeri Grobogan dan Polres Grobogan, yang telah berusaha maksimal membantu meningkatkan pajak daerah.
Ucapan terima kasih juga di sampaikan kepada Pimpinan PT. Bank Jateng Cabang Grobogan. Bupati Grobogan 2 periode itu menyebutkan Struktur APBD Grobogan Tahun Anggaran 2024, tercatat jumlah keseluruhan pendapatan
Kabupaten Grobogan sebesar Rp. 2,8 Trilyun, dari jumlah tersebut pendapatan asli daerah masih dalam kisaran 14,39%, sehingga tingkat ketergantungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Grobogan masih sangat tinggi terhadap pembiayaan Pemerintah Pusat.
Ada beberapa sistem pengelolaan pajak daerah sebagai salah satu sumber pembiayaan agar dapat berjalan optimal, diantaranya perbaikan tatakelola perpajakan, telah dilaksanakan dengan keluarnya UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2022, serta PP 35 Tahun 2023 yang kemudian di tindak lanjuti dengan Perda Nomor 8 Tahun 2023 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah; kemudian adanya reward dan punishment yang saat ini kita laksanakan. “Diharapkan dengan
adanya undian ini, penerima penghargaan atau reward dapat menjadi public figure atau panutan bagi para Wajib Pajak lainnya untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan kejujuran dalam perpajakan, dan semoga dapat mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam membayar pajak, karena pembayaran Pajak Daerah memberikan kontribusi nyata untuk Pembangunan di Kabupaten Grobogan, sehingga slogan “ORANG BIJAK TAAT PAJAK” dapat kita wujudkan bersama.” kata Bupati.
Disamping itu, tambah Bupati, juga harus menerapkan punishment (sanksi) bagi Wajib Pajak yang melakukan respon negatif atau melanggar peraturan perpajakan.
Dalam acara ini pula Bupati memberikan piagam penghargaan kepada wajib pajak yang taat. Adapun penerima PBJT itu adalah, untuk PBJT rumah makan, juara 1 Roket Chicken jl. dr. Sutomo Purwodadi, 2. Star steak jl. Siswa Purwodadi, 3. Pizza Hut jln R Suprapto Purwodadi. PBJT Kafe, juara 1. Wise bean jln Harjuna III Purwodadi, 2. Lovina jln Tentara Pelajar, 3. Beli Kopi jln R Suprapto Purwodadi. Sedangkan PBJT Hotel, juara 1. Front One, 2. Hotel 21, 3. Grand Master hotel. PBJT Jasa hiburan, juara 1 MR. Games Purwodadi, 2. Kings Fun, 3. PT Bintang Sinema. PBJT Parkir, juara 1. Stasiun Ngrombo, 2. Pasar Raya Luwes, 3. RS Panti Rahayu. Adapun Pajak reklame, juara 1. PT Karya Satria, 2 PT Djarum, 3. BPR BKK Purwodadi. Sedangkan Pajak air tanah, juara 1. PT Japfa Comfeed Tbk, 2. PT. Sari Apparel Industries, 3. PT. Formosa Bag Indonesia.
Disamping itu beberapa hadiah lainnya dan doorprice dibagikan kepada masyarakat pengguna jasa rumah makan dan hotel melalui pengundian bill atau nota.
Terpisah, Kabid Pajak Daerah Lainnya BPPKAD Grobogan Rini Rahmawati kepada media Inspirasiline.com menjelaskan saat ini dengan mengacu Perda no .8 tahun 2023, pajak di Grobogan tinggal 9 jenis, satu diantaranya adalah PBJT tersebut. Adapun target PBJT restoran sebesar Rp.11 M terealisir 99% , PBJT hotel ditarget Rp.800 juta realisasinya mencapai 92%, sedangkan PBJT parkir setahun ditarget Rp. 610 juta namun realisasinya mencapai Ro. 881 juta (150%).
Rini juga mengaku bila dalam hal ketaatan.pajak, masih ditemukan beberapa pengusaha PBJT yang membandel sehingga berujung pada penutupan tempat usahanya. “Tahun lalu ada 5 tempat usaha restoran yang kita tutup, sudah kita tegur berkali kali dan sudah setahun waktunya, akhirnya kita tutup” terangnya.
Rini menambahkan, setiap bulan hasil pendapatan dari PBJT tersebut terpantau KPK melalui program MCP nya KPK. (jkw)
