Rapat kordinasi dikuti oleh semua unsur mulai dari TNI- Polri, Kepala Kantor Syahbandar KSOP, Pelindo, hingga Pemerintah Kota Tegal bertujuan untuk mengamankan situasi wilayah pelabuhan Tegal, guna mengantisipasi kemungkinan terjadinya penumpukan kapal saat momen pergantian tahun. Karenanya, persiapan pengaturan Lalin Perairan hingga dermaga pun kini sudah disiapkan.
Dijekaskan oleh Kepala Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Tegal, Sumartono, Kamis (14/11).
Hadir dalam kesempatan itu perwakilan dari Polsek Kawasan Pelabuhan Tegal, TNI AL Lanal Tegal, POMAL TNI AL Tegal, Satpol PP dan Damkar Kota Tegal, PT. Pelindo cabang Tegal unsur maritim juga yang terlibat dalam pengamanan dan pelayanan masyarakat.
“Rapat kordinasi ini, bertujuan untuk menyusun rencana pengamanan yang komprehensif dan memastikan kelancaran di dermaga pelayaran pelabuhan, keamanan, serta kenyamanan pengguna jasa pelabuhan selama periode liburan akhir tahun,” kata Sumartono.
Kepala KSOP juga mengungkapkan ada beberapa isu penting yang dibahas, diantaranya peningkatan keamanan dan pengawasan Rapat membahas penguatan pengawasan di kawasan pelabuhan dengan menambah jumlah petugas keamanan, baik dari Kepolisian, TNI, maupun pengamanan internal dari KSOP Kelas IV Tegal.
“Kemudian peningkatan patroli di area dermaga akan dilaksanakan, serta pemantauan ketat terhadap potensi kerawanan dan mitigasi Kebakaran Kapal yang dapat terjadi,” jelasnya.
Selanjutnya yakni soal pengaturan Lalu Lintas di alur pelayaran untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan kapal sandar.
“KSOP Kelas IV Tegal akan menyiapkan pengaturan lalu lintas alur pelayaran yang lebih terstruktur dalam rangka mengantisipasi padatnya kapal sandar di akhir tahun. Untuk itu kami juga akan membangun posko pengamanan dititik strategis di pelabuhan Tegal,” paparnya.
Sosialisasi kepada masyarakat sekitar Pelabuhan Tegal terkait prosedur pengamanan, aturan yang berlaku di pelabuhan Tegal.
“Kami mengimbau agar semua pihak yang terlibat dalam pengamanan bekerja sama dengan baik untuk menciptakan situasi yang aman dan kondusif selama liburan akhir tahun,” ulas Kepala KSOP.
KSOP juga berharap koordinasi yang solid oleh semua pihak akan tercipta situasi yang aman dan nyaman bagi semua pengguna pelabuhan, baik yang akan mudik maupun berlibur pada Perayaan Natal dan Tahun Baru. Pungkas Kepala KSOP Tegal Sumartono. (Biet)
