FRAKSI Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (FPKB) DPRD Kota Semarang meminta pemerintah perlu segera mengambil kebijakan membuka sekolah atau pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM).
Lebih dari itu, PKB juga meminta agar para siswa yatim piatu yang orangtuanya meninggal dunia karena Covid-19 diberi beasiswa hingga kuliah.
“Kami lihat sekolah swasta sudah buka, dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan (prokes). Kini saatnya pemerintah membuka sekolah negeri. Agar para murid kembali belajar normal,” kata Ketua Fraksi PKB H Sodri di kantor DPRD Kota Semarang selepas menyampaikan masukan kepada Ketua DPRD untuk pembukaan Persidangan III DPRD Kota Semarang tahun 2021, Selasa (24/8/2021).
Sodri mengungkapkan, efek pandemi Covid-19 juga meninggalkan banyak kisah menyedihkan bagi para peserta didik. Banyak di antara mereka yang kehilangan orangtuanya dengan status positif Corona ketika meninggal dunia.
Disebutkan Sodri, pemerintah sudah membiayai perawatan pasien Covid-19 hingga pemakaman jenazahnya. Hal itu menurutnya perlu diteruskan, yaitu menolong para yatim piatu dengan pemberian beasiswa hingga kuliah.
“Perlu diaktifkan Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah, yakni pemberian beasiswa pendidikan hingga kuliah,” terang Wakil Ketua Komisi A DPRD Kota Semarang ini.
Masukan bidang lain, PKB juga meminta pemerintah memperbanyak titik layanan vaksinasi agar tidak terjadi antrean panjang di Puskesmas.
Saat ini, dalam pengamatan Sodri, terjadi antrean vaksinasi sangat panjang, sehingga banyak warga datang di waktu subuh di Puskesmas, karena ingin kebagian layanan vaksinasi.
Hal itu selain melanggar prokes, karena menimbulkan kerumunan manusia, juga membuat repot petugas medis.
“Mestinya vaksinasi dipecah di titik-titik kecil. Bisa di Puskesmas Pembantu di tiap kelurahan, di masjid atau tempat ibadah, atau di kantor-kantor. Nyatanya di kantor PKB bisa diadakan suntik vaksin oleh petugas medis,” tuturnya.
Antisipasi Banjir
Sekretaris Fraksi PKB Gumilang Febriyansyah menambahkan, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Semarang harus mengantisipasi banjir, karena sekarang sedang mulai memasuki musim penghujan.
Anggota Komisi C DPRD Kota Semarang yang akrab dipanggil Febri Soemarmo ini menyatakan, pemerintah harus memastikan semua proyek penangangan drainase dan penataan saluran air telah rampung sebelum musim hujan tiba.
Secara tegas dia meminta, jangan sampai banjir besar yang menggenangi permukiman hingga beberapa hari terulang kembali.
“Pemerintah harus bisa mengantisipasi banjir. Buktikan bahwa negara hadir untuk menangani masalah. Jangan sampai bilang banjir adalah musibah,” tandasnya.***
