Grobogan-Inspirasiline.com. Sebanyak tujuh personel Bintara remaja Polri angkatan 49 dan 53 Polres Grobogan, mengikuti rangkaian pembinaan tradisi pembaretan, Senin (16/10/2023).
Tradisi pembaretan diawali dengan berjalan kaki menempuh jarak sejauh 20 kilometer dari lokasi awal obyek wisata Jatipohon Indah di Desa Sumberjatipohon Kecamatan Grobogan Kabupaten Grobogan dan berakhir di Polres Grobogan.
Kapolres Grobogan AKBP Dedy Anung Kurniawan mengatakan, pembinaan tradisi bintara remaja merupakan salah satu acara tradisi yang dilaksanakan Polres Grobogan untuk menyambut bintara remaja yang baru saja selesai menjalani pendidikan pembentukan Brigadir Polri di Sekolah Polisi Negara.
Tujuan pembaretan ini adalah untuk membangun sikap disiplin, melatih daya juang atau sikap pantang menyerah dalam meraih tujuan yang diinginkan, meningkatkan ketahanan fisik dan mental, serta menumbuhkan rasa kebersamaan dan memupuk rasa persaudaraan di antara Bintara remaja.
‘’Kepada para Bintara remaja yang baru saja menyelesaikan kegiatan ini, saya ucapkan selamat bergabung dengan keluarga besar Polres Grobogan. Saya sangat bangga kepada kalian, karena telah berhasil melewati semua rintangan dan ujian dalam kegiatan pembinaan tradisi ini,’’ kata Kapolres Grobogan saat memimpin upacara penutupan pembinaan tradisi.
Selesainya kegiatan ini, Kapolres Grobogan berharap dalam diri para Bintara remaja Polres Grobogan ini tertanam jiwa pantang menyerah, kebersamaan dan semangat juang yang tinggi yang terbalut dalam fisik yang kuat.
Menurut AKBP Dedy Anung Kurniawan, meskipun para Bintara remaja Polres Grobogan ini masih berusia sangat muda, namun bagi masyarakat para bintara remaja ini adalah polisi yang dianggap serba tahu dan dianggap dapat memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat.
Oleh karenanya, Kapolres Grobogan meminta kepada para Binata remaja agar menyadari bahwa polisi adalah role model atau panutan bagi masyarakat.
‘’Untuk itu, para Bintara remaja semua haruslah menjadi polisi yang ideal. Yakni, Polri yang mampu menjawab tantangan tugas dan mampu memenuhi harapan masyarakat yang menginginkan rasa aman, nyaman dan keadilan,’’ jelas AKBP Dedy Anung Kurniawan.
Agar mampu menjadi seorang polisi yang ideal, Kapolres Grobogan juga menyampaikan pesan kepada para Bintara remaja yang baru saja menjalani pembinaan tradisi pembaretan itu.
Para bintara remaja tersebut, diminta untuk rajin belajar dan berlatih untuk menambah ilmu serta meningkatkan ketrampilan, melaksanakan setiap tugas dengan maksimal dan penuh tanggung jawab dilandasi dengan keikhlasan supaya mendapatkan hasil yang optimal, meningkatkan keimanan dan ketaqwaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa untuk membangun akhlak yang terpuji.
