UPAYA deteksi dini penularan Covid-19 di Sukoharjo semakin agresif, dengan melakukan uji swab dan rapid test.
Jumlah spesimen yang telah diperiksa per 18 Januari sebanyak 23.599 orang. Sedangkan jumlah masyarakat yang menjalani rapid test sebanyak 40.988 orang.
Penguatan kapasitas pemeriksaan tes polymerase chain reaction (PCR) dilakukan dengan membuka layanan uji swab di 12 puskesmas di setiap kecamatan.
Hal ini bagian dari penguatan jaringan laboratorium di setiap daerah guna mempercepat pengetesan spesimen.
Kontak erat lini pertama pasien positif bakal menjalani uji swab untuk memastikan apakah terpapar Covid-19 atau tidak.
Juru Bicara Satgas Penanganan Covid-19 Sukoharjo dr Yunia Wahdiyati mengatakan, uji swab diprioritaskan untuk kontak erat lini pertama pasien positif. Mereka merupakan anggota keluarga, rekan kerja, hingga tetangga rumah pasien positif.
“Sedangkan kontak erat lini kedua dan ketiga pasien positif menjalani rapid test. Jika hasil rapid test reaktif, maka dilanjutkan dengan pengambilan sampel cairan tenggorokan atau uji swab,” katanya, Senin (18/1/2021).
Masyarakat berisiko tinggi, seperti ibu hamil dan penyakit penyerta atau komorbid, tak luput dari agresivitas satuan tugas dalam menemukan kasus pasien positif baru. Mereka sangat rentan terpapar Covid-19 dengan gejala berat hingga kematian.
Pada libur Natal dan Tahun Baru lalu, agresivitas deteksi dini kasus Covid-19 di Sukoharjo dimasifkan dengan sasaran pelintas perjalanan. Juga pengunjung fasilitas publik dan pusat perbelanjaan, dengan menggelar rapid test dan uji swab.
“Upaya deteksi dini bagian dari pencegahan penularan virus. Jika ada masyarakat yang terkonfirmasi positif, maka langsung ditangani agar tak menularkan virus ke orang lain,” ujarnya.
Mobilitas Penduduk
Yunia Wahdiyati yang juga Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten (DKK) Sukoharjo menyampaikan, mobilitas penduduk memengaruhi tren kasus harian Covid-19.
Masyarakat yang melakukan perjalanan keluar daerah berpotensi terpapar Covid-19 dan menularkan tanpa sengaja ke anggota keluarga atau kerabat keluarganya.
Saat ini, status tingkat risiko Covid-19 di Sukoharjo risiko sedang atau zona oranye.
“Kami berupaya menurunkan angka kematian atau mortality rate dan meningkatkan angka kesembuhan atau recovery rate. Mulai dari penguatan layanan deteksi dini dan meningkatkan tata laksana manajemen penanganan Covid-19 di rumah sakit. Namun, kunci paling efektif untuk memutus mata rantai penularan Covid-19 adalah menerapkan protokol kesehatan,” paparnya.
Di sisi lain, Kepala Puskesmas Sukoharjo dr Kunani Maharani mengatakan, bakal mengintensifkan kembali satgas di tingkat kelurahan untuk deteksi dini. Ini untuk membendung laju persebaran pandemi Covid-19 di Sukoharjo.
