PENERIMAAN peserta didik baru (PPDB) jenjang SMP di Kabupaten Sragen tahun ajaran baru 2021/2022 akan dibuka selama empat hari, mulai 16-19 Juni 2021 mendatang.
Sama seperti tahun lalu, pelaksanaan PPDB akan digelar dengan sistem online dan zonasi.
Hal itu terungkap dari hasil rapat persiapan pematangan draf PPDB 2021 yang digelar Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Sragen, Jumat (4/6/2021).
PPDB online jenjang SMP akan diikuti oleh semua SMP negeri, berjumlah 49 sekolah. Sedangkah swasta boleh ikut boleh tidak.
“PPDB akan dibuka empat hari, mulai tanggal 16 Juni sampai 19 Juni,” kata Kepala SMP Negeri 1 Plupuh Gunawan kepada inspirasiline.com, Sabtu (5/6/2021) pagi.
Gunawan mengatakan, PPDB tahun ini tetap menerapkan sistem zonasi. SMPN 1 Plupuh akan menerima 224 siswa/i baru sesuai zonasi. Rinciannya, 60 persen kuota disediakan untuk siswa dalam zona. Kemudian 20 persen kursi untuk jalur prestasi. Sedangkan jalur afirmasi ada 15 persen, dan 5 persen sisanya untuk jalur perpindahan orangtua.
Perihal pilihan siswa, untuk PPDB SMP, setiap siswa disediakan 4 pilihan. Dari 4 pilihan itu, komposisi jumlah negeri dan swasta boleh campuran tergantung keinginan calon siswa.
“Calon siswa dibebaskan memilih komposisinya, negeri-swasta campuran. Yang jelas ada 4 pilihan,” ujar Gunawan.
Terpisah, Kabid Pembinaan SMP Disdikbud Sragen Prihantomo, khusus untuk SMP swasta, boleh melakukan PPDB secara online dan offline. Untuk sekolah swasta yang offline sudah penuh, tentunya tidak lagi ikut online.
“Swasta boleh ikut boleh tidak,” tegas Prihartono, yang juga Plt Sekretaris Disdikbud Sragen.
