PASANGAN Joko Santosa-Wiwaha Aji Santosa (Joswi) resmi mendaftar sebagai bakal calon (balon) bupati dan wakil bupati di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Sukoharjo, Minggu (6/9/2020).
Usai pendaftaran, pasangan Joswi berjalan keluar komplek Kantor KPU dan melakukan orasi politik di depan massa yang masih berkumpul. Orasi dilakukan dengan naik di atas mobil bak terbuka. Joswi kampanye?
Ketua KPU Sukoharjo Nuril Huda mengatakan, pihaknya tak henti-henti mengingatkan terkait protokol kesehatan, khususnya di komplek KPU.
“Seharusnya tidak perlu kampanye dan orasi, karena belum sampai pada tahapannya. Massa di luar pagar, kewenangan Gugus Tugas, masalah tahapan ada teman-teman Bawaslu. KPU selalu mengingatkan melalui LO dan pimpinan parpol, untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan tidak membawa massa,” ujarnya.
Menurut Nuril, dengan banyaknya massa, risiko bukan dari sisi keamanan, tapi dari sisi kesehatan. Sebenarnya, saat pendaftaran balon memang ramai seperti itu. Tapi karena pandemi Covid-19, KPU selalu mengingatkan soal protokol kesehatan, karena di kabupaten lain banyak memicu terjadinya kasus baru Corona. Ada balon, ada penyelenggara yang terpapar, dan sebagainya.
“Kami mengantisipasi hal itu, sehingga kami tegakkan benar-benar protokol kesehatan, khususnya ring 1 dan 2 agar penyelenggara pemilu dan peserta pemilu terselamatkan. Sesuai tagline KPU, ‘Pemilu Sehat Kita Selamat’,” terang Nuril.
Dari pantauan di lokasi, Joko Santosa tiba-tiba menggelar orasi politik usai pendaftaran. Orasi dilakukan dengan naik mobil bak terbuka, di depan massa yang masih berkerumun di luar pagar KPU.
Selain tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan, di kerumunan massa itu juga ada anak-anak yang diajak masuk komplek Kantor KPU dalam proses pendaftaran Joswi di KPU.
Terkait banyaknya massa, Joko Santosa mengaku, mereka bergerak spontan, yang secara ikhlas lahir batin dengan biaya sendiri tanpa diperintah ikut mendampingi pendaftaran untuk nyengkuyung Joswi dengan gegap gempita. Bahkan, mereka setia menunggu sampai proses pendaftaran tuntas.
Anggota Bawaslu Sukoharjo, Rohmad Basuki mengatakan, dalam kondisi seperti itu Bawaslu kesulitan dalam pengawasan penerapan protokol kesehatan, karena banyaknya massa yang datang. Terkait orasi politik, apakah sudah masuk kategori kampanye, Rohmad mengaku akan mengkajinya bersama tim.
“Kalau soal itu saya kira juga belum, karena belum memasuki tahapan kampanye. Ya, kita lihat saja nant. Kita evaluasi terkait hal ini. Kalau memang ada akan dikaji lagi,” ujarnya.***
