PEMERINTAH Kabupaten Brebes mulai besok, Rabu (11/11/2020) membuka pendaftaran Seleksi Bakal Calon Kepala SD/SMP dan Bakal Calon Pengawas Sekolah TK, SD, dan SMP di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dindikpora) Kabupaten Brebes.
Kuota untuk bakal calon kepala sekolah 300 lebih, sedanglan untuk bakal calon pengawas sekolah 36 orang.
Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan (PPTK) Dindikpora Kabupaten Brebes Rojat mengatakan, maksud dan tujuan diadakannya seleksi tersebut adalah untuk memenuhi kekurangan kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah di lingkungan Dindikpora Kabupaten Brebes, dengan cara yang objektif dan profesional.
Adapun persyaratan umum bagi bakal calon kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah, pada saat pendaftaran dan pemberkasan berusia maksimal 54 tahun dan paling tinggi 56 tahun pada saat waktu pengangkatan pertama sebagai kepala sekolah maupun sebagai pengawas sekolah.
“Ijazah paling rendah S1/diploma IV, golongan ruang IIIC,” jelas Rojat, saat memberikan sambutan pada acara pembukaan Konferensi Cabang (Konfercab) PGRI Kecamatan Ketanggungan, Selasa (10/11/2020).
Untuk memenuhi kekurangan guru, Rojat menambahkan, Pemda Brebes akan merekrut sekitar 500 tenaga guru PNS. “Baik guru SD maupun guru SMP yang akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021 nanti,” ungkap Rojat, yang juga sebagai pengurus PGRI Kabupaten Brebes.***
