Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati dalam pernyataannya memberikan penekanan pada pengelolaan dana desa untuk menekan celah korupsi.
Orang nomor satu di Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sragen ini mengatakan, sebagai pelayan masyarakat, Forkopimda: Bupati, Kapolres, dan Dandim akan memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk masyarakat.
“Kita akan mendukung semuanya, tapi yang berhubungan dengan korupsi kita sepakati tidak setuju. Kita semua mendukung gerakan antikorupsi ini,” tutur Yuni, panggilan akrab Bupati Sragen di sela-sela acara peringatan Hakordia.
Sebagai upaya pencegahan korupsi, Yuni menyebut di Sragen sudah membangun sistem untuk pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dan Dana Desa (DD).
Mulai 2021, Pemkab mewajibkan pengelolaan ADD dan DD mulai menerapkan sistem Cash Management System (CMS).
“Tidak ada lagi belanja di desa mengunakan uang cash. Semua hanya memakai nontunai,” tegasnya.
Menurutnya, hal itu dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk melonggari bagaimana agar para kepala desa (kades) bisa memanfaatkan DD dan ADD dengan baik dan benar.
Kemudian, per 1 Januari 2021 atau awal tahun depan, semua desa atau 196 desa sudah harus memberlakukan Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes).
“Per 1 Januari kita pastikan semuanya sudah running well. Ini salah satu cara.
Seratus persen Siskeudes sudah berjalan di Kabupaten Sragen dan kita menjadi percontohan,” tandas putri sulung mantan Bupati Sragen, Untung Wiyono.
Sementara terkait situasi pandemi saat ini, peringatan Hakordia juga diwarnai dengan aksi bagi masker. Ada 1.000 masker yang dibagikan ke masyarakat dan pengguna jalan, disertai selipan pesan jaga protokol kesehatan.***
