PRAJURIT TNI Kodim 0712 Tegal berhasil menciptakan energi listrik tanpa saluran dari PLN, tanpa bahan bakar minyak (BBM), dan tanpa di-charge.
Prajurit tersebut adalah Serka Sukamso dan Sertu Daryanto. Energi listrik itu diciptakan saat mereka bertugas di Papua Barat. Keduanya bertugas di daerah terpencil di sana cukup lama.
“Mereka sangat berprestasi. Mereka berhasil menciptakan listrik di daerah terpencil,” kata Komandan Kodim 0712 Tegal Letkol Inf Sutan Pandapotan Siregar, saat menyambut kedatangan kedua prajurit itu di Markas Kodim Tegal, Senin (11/1/2021).
Menurut Dandim, energi listrik ini sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat di daerah terpencil di Papua Barat. Sehari-hari, masyarakat di daerah tersebut hanya mengandalkan lampu api.
“Saya sangat mengapresiasi kedua anggota ini,” ujarnya.
Acara penyambutan dihadiri Palakhar Kasdim 0712/Tegal Kapten Arh Asep Koswara, para Pasi Kodim 0712/Tegal, Danramil, anggota, serta PNS Kodim dan anggota Persit KCK Cabang XXII Kodim 0712/Tegal.
Kedua anggota itu disambut gembira dengan pengalungan bunga yang diberikan oleh Dandim. Para perwira juga menyampaikan selamat kepada kedua prajurit tersebut.
