SUASANA ketidakharmonisan tampaknya tengah dirasakan oleh beberapa pejabat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Tegal setelah muncul adanya dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang diduga dilakukan di sejumlah organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD).
Ada empat perkara yang sudah masuk ke Kejaksaan Negeri Kota dan saat ini sedang ditangani, dua di antaranya sudah naik ke tahap penyidikan.
Dua perkara yang masuk ke penyidikan adalah masalah CSR bantuan Covid-19 dan renovasi Alun-alun Kota Tegal.
Sedangkan untuk perkara pengadaan alat pelindung diri (APD), penyelidikannya dihentikan lantaran tidak ada bukti yang mengarah pada penyimpangan penggunaan anggaran.
“Jadi dua kasus itulah yang sedang kami kebut untuk ke tingkat penyidikan,” ungkap Kepala Kejaksaan Kota Tegal Jasri Umar kepada awak media di ruang kerjanya, Kamis (18/2/2021).
Jasri menjelaskan, dua perkara yang masuk ke penyidikan secepatnya akan dilanjutkan, namun saat ini belum bisa menjelaskan inisial pejabat yang terlibat.
“Maaf kami belum bisa mengungkapkan siapa pelaku di belakang perkara CSR dan renovasi alun-alun,” ujar Jasri.
Ada empat kasus di Pemkot Tegal yang sedang diubek oleh Kejari Tegal dan saat ini masih terus diselidiki.
Bahkan sejumlah elemen masyarakat memberi dukungan kepada Kejari Tegal dengan karangan bunga. Masyarakat yang tergabung dalam elemen masyarakat antikorupsi mendukung dan siap mengawal sampai kasus tersebut tuntas dan menyeret yang terlibat.***
