PEMASANGAN sambungan rumah proyek hibah PDAM Grobogan bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) di Dusun Daplang, Desa Mangunsari, Kecamatan Tegowanu, Kabupaten Grobogan hingga kini dibiarkan mangkrak. Akibatnya, harapan warga setempat untuk menikmati air bersih menjadi pupus.
Kabag Humas PDAM Purwa Dharma Tirta Grobogan Ari saat dihubungi mengaku tidak tahu-menahu mengenai proyek hibah yang sudah sejak 2020 lalu itu, karena dirinya tidak terlibat secara langsung.
Sementara Dirut PDAM Purwa Dharma Tirta Grobogan Myra Heltyani membenarkan bahwa yang menyebabkan terhentinya pekerjaan proyek hibah PDAM di Daplang, Kecamatan Tegowanu itu karena terkena alat bigo milik PT Semen Grobogan.
“Karena terkena alat bigo PT Semen Grobogan, maka pipa yang sudah tertanam rusak posisinya,” ungkapnya ketika dihubungi inspirasiline.com, Kamis (29/7/2021).
Senada, Kepala Cabang PDAM Grobogan wilayah Barat Srihartanto membenarkan kejadian tersebut. Menurutnya, proyek hibah itu merupakan hibah tahun 2020 yang diperuntukkan bagi 900 warga MBR Desa Mangunsari, Tegowanu.
“Waktu pelaksanaannya tahun 2020 dan saat itu kejar-kejaran dengan PT Semen Grobogan yang sedang membuat jalan, sehingga pipa transmisi mengalami kerusakan sampai sekarang,” terangnya saat dihubungi, Kamis (29/7/21).
Upaya pendekatan ke PT Semen Grobogan telah ditempuh Srihartanto, tapi sampai sekarang masih menunggu keputusan dari mereka.
Disebutkan Srihartanto, sebulan yang lalu pihak perwakilan PDAM Purwa Dharma Tirta dengan Humas PT Semen Grobogan serta kontraktor pelaksana jalan menuju PT Semen Grobogan sudah ada pertemuan kesepakatan bahwa pihak PT Semen Grobogan segera menata dan menperbaiki pipa transmisi milik PDAM cabang Tegowanu yang berada di Dusun Daplang tersebut.
“Tidak lama lagi, sekitar dua bulanan, 900 sambungan rumah yang ada di Dusun Daplang, Desa Mangunsari itu sudah bisa teraliri air bersih,” ujar Sri Hartanto.
Myra Heltyani juga tidak menampik adanya warga MBR penerima manfaat yang kala itu ditarik dana tambahan Rp 350 ribu per kepala keluarga (KK).
“Itu resmi, Pak, dana tambahannya untuk biaya administrasi dan rekening dua bulan,” tegasnya.
Sebagaimana diketahui, PDAM Cabang Tegowanu saat ini mamu memproduksi debit air baku 20 liter/detik, berasal dari air Bendung Klambu, Grobogan. Sedangkan untuk pelayanan ke sebanyak 1.600 pelanggan, teraliri air bersih dengan debit 10 liter/detik.
“Jadi kekuatan debit air masih cukup untuk melayani masyarakat sekitar Kecamatan Tegowanu,” tandas Myra Heltyani.***
