Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Peran Pemerintahan Desa(Pemdes) dalam mendukung tugas pokok dan fungsi (Tupoksi) masing-masing jabatan Perangkat Desa (Perdes) dituntut untuk mampu bekerja lebih baik dalam melayani Masyarakat, dengan etos kerja yang tinggi dan berinovasi untuk pembangunan desa lebih Maju.
Guna menyamakan persepsi, menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan maka diadakan pelatihan bagi Perdes baru.
Pelatihan diselenggarakan Selasa-Rabu (15-16/3/2022) di Aula Kecamatan setempat diikuti 36 Perdes baru hasil dari Penjaringan dan Penyaringan Calon Perdes Tahun 2022.
Camat Plupuh, Edy Purwanto menyampaikan, untuk mencapai masyarakat yang sejahtera memerlukan terselenggaranya pemerintahan yang baik (Good Governance-red) secara terus menerus. Upaya untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan unsur profesionalisme dan integritas dari Aparatur Desa.
“Saat ini beberapa jenis model bisnis dan pekerjaan di Indonesia sudah terkena dampak dari arus era digitalisasi, termasuk dalam dunia pemerintahan yang dulunya segala kegiatan pembukuan, pengarsipan, pencatatan dan tata kelola pemerintahan masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, sekarang Perdes mau tidak mau harus mengikuti perkembangan jaman dengan cara penguasaan teknologi informasi, dalam hal ini SISKEUDES, SIPADES, SURYA dan aplikasi lain yang digunakan dalam Pemdes”, ungkap Camat Edy Purwanto saat membuka pelatihan.
Pembekalan dan Pelatihan ini menghadirkan narasumber dari Kecamatan dan Pendamping Lokal Desa yang menyampaikan materi pelatihan Manajemen dan Kepemimpinan Desa, Susunan Organisasi Tata Kelola (SOTK) Perdes, Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa, Tata Kelola Keuangan Desa, dan lain-lain.
Hari kedua Rabu (16/3/2022) kemarin peserta pelatihan diajak simulasi perencanaan kegiatan pembangunan mulai dari survei lapangan, pengukuran lapangan, pembuatan Rencana Anggaran Bangunan (RAB) dan pembuatan proposal lalu mempresentasikan hasil dari diskusi kelompok. ( Sugimin/17)
