Rembang-Inspirasiline.com. Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) menargetkan lolos parliamentary threshold atau ambang batas parlemen pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang. Partai berlambang gambar Ka’bah tersebut bahkan berangan-angan untuk mengembalikan capaian 58 kursi DPR RI, seperti pada Pemilu 2004 lalu.
Ketua Umum PPP, Suharso Monoarfa menyampaikan masalah tersebut, seusai berkunjung di kediaman Gus Baha’ di Pondok Pesantren Alqur’an Desa Narukan, Kecamatan Kragan, Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah, Minggu sore (17/04).
“Paling tidak kita lolos parliamentary threshold, kemudian bisa mengembalikan jumlah kursi 58 pada waktu itu, “ ujar Suharso yang juga Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Kepala Bappenas ini.
Maka ia mendorong supaya calon legislatif PPP lebih dekat dengan masyarakat dan mampu menjadi contoh yang baik.
“Tantangannya bagaimana semua bekerja untuk electoral, terutama para calon legislatif, bekerja lebih dekat dengan akarnya. Bisa menjadi contoh keteladanan bagi masyarakat sekitar, “ tandas Suharso.
Meski didampingi puluhan kader dan pengurus PPP, termasuk Gerakan Pemuda Ka’bah (GPK), namun kehadiran Suharso Monoarfa ke kediaman Gus Baha’, tidak ada sangkut pautnya dengan agenda politik, tetapi hanya silaturahmi biasa.
Kebetulan adik Gus Baha, yakni Zaimul Umam atau Gus Umam merupakan Ketua DPC PPP Kabupaten Rembang. “Hanya silaturahmi biasa, “ kata Gus Umam.
Sekitar setengah jam, Suharso kemudian berpamitan dan melanjutkan kunjungan ke Sarang, Rembang.
Di Sarang, Suharso menghadiri haul Kiai Zubair Dahlan, ayahanda dari Almarhum Kiai Maimoen Zubair, ulama yang dulunya pernah menjadi sesepuh PPP.
Suharso bertemu dengan ulama Gus Ubab Maimoen, kemudian diteruskan buka bersama.
Selain itu, juga menemui ulama Kiai Said Abdurrahim, pengasuh Pondok MUS Sarang. Selanjutnya, Suharso bertolak ke Surabaya melalui jalur udara menggunakan helikopter dari lapangan Gondan Rojo, Desa Kalipang, Sarang. (Yon Daryono).
