Blora-Inspirasiline.com. Ratusan Anggota Serikat Karyawan (Sekar) dan LMDH lingkup Perhutani KPH Randublatung berangkat ke Jakarta bergabung dengan ribuan karyawan Perhutani lainya untuk melakukan unjuk rasa menolak Surat Keputusan (SK).menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (HK) 287/Men.LHK/setjend/PLA/4/2022 tentang penetapan Kawasan Hutan dengan Pengelolaan Kusus, Selasa,(17/05)
Unjuk rasa di pusatkan di Patung Kuda kawasan Monas dan kantor Kementrian (LHK) yang akan dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 18 Mei 2022 tersebut sebagai bentuk penolakan atas terbitnya SK menteri LHK no 287 tentang Kawasan Hutan Dengan Pengelolaan Khusus (KHDPK), pasalnya dengan terbitnya SK ini dinilai sangatlah memprihatinkan lantaran jauh dari konsep kehutanan dan lebih cenderung memberikan ruang kepada kelompok-kelompok tententu yang mengabaikan kelestarian hutan serta sangat mengawatirkan atas kelangsungan pekerjaan sebagai penopang hidup para karyawan.
Joko Siswanto selaku ketua Serikat Karyawan Perhutani Randublatung menyampaikan bahwa aksi unjuk rasa ini dalah merupakan bentuk penolakan SK Men LHK. 287 tentang KHDPK. Karena SK tersebut sangat jauh dari konsep Kehutan dan mengabaikan dengan fungsi hutan yang sebenarnya ini akan berakibat punahnya hutan di Jawa Madura.
“terbitnya SK Men LHK. 287 tentang KHDPK.ini sangat mengawatirkan terhadap kelestarian lingkungan, karena SK tersebut sangat jauh dari konsep kehutan dan fungsi hutan yang sebenarnya, dimana akan mengakibatkan punahnya hutan di pulau Jawa Madura “ ujar Joko Siswanto ,.
Lebih lanjut Joko mengungkapkan “ di samping itu dengan ditetapkan kawasan hutan Negara sebagai KHDPK ini, 1 (satu) Juta ha lebih kawasan hutan akan keluar dari Pengelolaan Perum Perhutani, yang sampai saat ini belum jelas siapa pengelolanya, hal ini akan dimungkinkan akan terjadi PHK besar-besaran karyawan di Perhutani, walupun dari direksi Perhutani menjamin tidak aka nada PHK, tapi secara logika sudah tidak masuk akal”.
Sementara itu Administratur Perhutani KPH Randublatung Dewanto, S.hut. Msc. Melalui Kepala Seksi Produksi dan Ekowisata Suwarno, S.Hut. ketika di temui oleh awak media , sebenarnya managemen Perhutani sudah menghimbau kepada para karyawan untuk tidak melakukan aksi di Jakarta, karena disamping karyawan harus mengeluarkan biaya banyak untuk ke Jakarta juga Direksi Perhutani saat ini masih terus berlanjut untuk audiensi dan koordinasi dengan kementrian LHK dalam rangka memnempuh hal yang terbaik dalam penerapan KHDPK, namun demikian Penyampaian pendapat di muka umum adalah hak dari semua warga Negara dan dilindungi undang-undang.
“ kami sudah menghimbau kepada segenap karyawan untuk tidak berangkat melakukan aksi unjuk rasa ke Jakarta, karena saat ini Direksi Perhutanin Pusat masih berlanjut untuk audiensi dan koordinasi dengan kementerian LHK untuk memnempuh hal terbaik dalam penerapan KHDPK , namun karena aksi unjuk rasa ini merupakan Penyampaian Pendapat di muka Umum merupakan hak dari semua warga Negara Indonesia termasuk Karyawan Perhutani, kami tidak bisa melarang” Ujar Suwarno.
