Surabaya-Inspirasiline.com. Dua perguruan tinggi besar di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, menyatakan kesiapannya untuk membantu pembangunan Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah. Yakni Universitas Airlangga (Unair) dan Universitas PGRI Adi Buana (Unipa).
Hal ini ditandai dengan penandatanganan kesepakatan bersama atau memorandum of understanding (MoU) antara Bupati Blora, dengan Rektor Unair dan Rektor Unipa, Senin (6/6/2022) kemarin. Penandatanganan diawali di Rektorat Unair Surabaya, antara Bupati H. Arief Rohman, S.IP., M.Si., dengan Rektor Unair Prof. Dr. Moh Nasih, SE., MT., AK.
Turut mendampingi Bupati Blora, Asisten Pemerintahan Sekda Blora, Irfan Agustian Iswandaru, AP., M.Si., Kepala DP4 drh. R. Gundala Wijasena, M.P., Sekretaris Bappeda Pujiriyanto, S.Hut., M.Eng., dan Kabid Aset BPPKAD, Wahyu Trimulyani, AP., M.A.
Sedangkan dari pihak Unair, tampak hadir mendampingi Rektor, Direktur Sekolah Pascasarjana Unair, Prof Badri Munir Sukoco, SE., MBA., Ph.D., Wakil Direktur 2 Sekolah Pascasarjana Unair Assoc Prof.Dr.Rudi Purwono SE., MSE., dan Wakil Direktur 3 Sekolah Pascasarjana Unair Assoc Prof. Dr. H. Suparto Wijoyo, SH., M.Hum.
Usai penandatanganan di Unair, lanjut ke Unipa Surabaya. Disini Bupati H. Arief Rohman, S.IP., M.Si., melakukan penandatanganan MoU dengan Rektor Unipa Dr. M. Subandowo, MS., yang disaksikan Ketua PPLP PT PGRI Surabaya, Drs. H. Sutijono, MM.
Baik di Unair maupun di Unipa, Bupati Arief Rohman menyampaikan paparan potensi dan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi Blora. Dengan harapan, kedua perguruan tinggi ini bisa mengambil peran untuk bersama-sama membangun Kabupaten Blora.
“Alhamdulillah dalam sehari kita dapat melakukan penandatanganan MoU dengan Unair dan Unipa Surabaya. InshaAllah dua kampus besar di Surabaya ini akan membantu kita dalam pembangunan Blora kedepan. Tentunya sesuai disiplin ilmu yang ada melalui program pengabdian masyarakat di Kabupaten Blora,” ucap Bupati.
“Untuk Unair, kita akan jajaki kerjasama pembangunan SDM, pengembangan dan pendampingan peternakan, kesehatan, wisata, UMKM, dan industri ekonomi kreatif. Semoga kelak Unair juga punya desa binaan di Kabupaten Blora,” lanjut Bupati.
Sedangkan di Unipa Surabaya, Bupati yang akrab disapa Mas Arief ini menyampaikan bahwa Ketua PPLP PT PGRI Surabaya, Drs. H. Sutijono, MM., yang merupakan pendiri Unipa merupakan tokoh asli Blora.
“Pak Sutijono merupakan Diaspora Blora, beliau ingin kampus Unipa bisa ikut berkontribusi membantu pembangunan Blora, kampung halamannya. Sehingga kita lakukan MoU dengan Rektor Unipa. Semakin banyak perguruan tinggi yang menjalin kerjasama dengan Pemkab Blora, semoga semakin banyak peluang pembangunan SDM berkualitas. Melalui pemberian beasiswa, maupun program program pengabdian masyarakat,” terang Bupati.
Menurut Bupati, peran perguruan tinggi sangat diperlukan hadir di daerah untuk membantu percepatan pembangunan. Dengan ilmu yang ada di kampus, diharapkan bisa langsung diaplikasikan di masyarakat.
Terpisah, Rektor Unair, Prof Moh Nasih, menyambut baik penandatanganan MoU dengan Bupati Blora. Meskipun beda provinsi, namun pihaknya menyatakan siap membantu Blora yang ada di Jawa Tengah.
“Apalagi di Unair ini ada guru besar asli Blora, Prof. Imam Musthofa. Lewat beliau, kita akan hadir untuk Blora. Saatnya para ahli ini bisa turun ikut membangun daerah asalnya. Program program yang disampaikan Pak Bupati tadi banyak. Kita bisa pertajam nanti melalui perjanjian kerjasama,” ungkap Rektor Unair.
Dirinya juga tertarik dengan program Satu Desa Dua Sarjana yang disampaikan Bupati. Menurut Rektor yang juga santri ini, program tersebut bisa langsung disambungkan dengan Unair.
“Coba nanti data tentang desa mana saja yang belum punya sarjana, bisa disampaikan ke kita. Konsep beasiswa kuliah bisa disusun bersama. Apalagi jika ada yang penghafal Al Qur’an akan bisa mendapatkan kuliah gratis sampai lulus, tentunya lulus tepat waktu,” sambung Rektor Unair.
Adapun Rektor Unipa, Dr. M. Subandowo, MS., juga menyatakan siap membantu Kabupaten Blora. Menurutnya, sejumlah konsep kerjasama akan segera disusun untuk mempertajam program apa yang akan dilaksanakan dengan dasar MoU yang telah ditandatangani bersama.
“Terimakasih Pak Bupati atas kepercayaannya kepada Unipa. Bersama Pak Sutijono kita siap mengawal Blora. Segera, setelah ini kita akan lakukan penyusunan tindak lanjut kerjasamanya. Sesuai dengan visi Pak Bupati tentang pembangunan SDM akan menjadi salah satu konsen kami,” ujar Rektor Unipa.
Selain melakukan penandatanganan MoU dengan Unair, dan Unipa, Bupati Arief Rohman juga melaksanakan Rapat Kerja Bersama dengan Sekolah Pascasarjana Unair di Kampus B. Rapat kerja diikuti Direktur Sekolah Pascasarjana Unair, Prof Badri Munir Sukoco, SE., MBA., Ph.D., Wakil Direktur 2 Sekolah Pascasarjana Unair Assoc Prof.Dr.Rudi Purwono SE., MSE., dan Wakil Direktur 3 Sekolah Pascasarjana Unair Assoc Prof. Dr. H.
