Grobogan-Inspirasikune.com. Danang (25) warga Desa Gedangan Wirosari Kabupaten Grobogan diamankan polisi lantaran nekat mencuri 1 (satu) buah tas slempang warna merah yang berisi uang tunai sebesar Rp. 7.000.000,- (Tujuh Juta Rupiah).  Tersangka nekad mencuri karena merasa ketagihan bermain judi slot.

Akibat ulah tersangka tersebut kemudian diamankan di Polsek Grobogan. Kapolsek Grobogan, Iptu Sunarto menyampaikan, pelaku ditangkap setelah dilaporkan Rukayah warga Desa Rejosari, Kecamatan Grobogan Kabupaten Grobogan.

“Aksi pencurian dilakukan pelaku pada hari Selasa tanggal 28 Juni 2022 sekira pukul 04.30 Wib dan dilaporkan pada Hari Jumat tanggal 08 Juli 2022 pukul 13.30 Wib.,” ungkap Iptu Sunarto didampingi Kasi Humas AKP Umbarwati  dan KBO Reskrim Iptu Kadir saat konpers di Mapolres Grobogan, Kamis (14/7/2022).

Modus pelaku melakukan aksi pencurian dengan cara merusak dinding yang terbuat dari papan kayu sengon dan membuka pintu belakang rumah kemudian masuk ke dalam rumah korban yang pada saat itu sedang tidur, kemudian pelaku langsung mengambil barang-barang milik korban.

“Ia menendang papan dinding yang terbuat dari kayu hingga jebol dan kemudian melakukan aksinya,” ujarnya.

Setelah dilakukan serangkaian penyelidikan dengan melakukan olah TKP serta pemeriksaan saksi-saksi, didapat bahwa ada yang melihat tersangka Danang (25) warga Desa Gedangan, Kecamatan Wirosari Kabupaten Grobogan tersebut

Pelaku sendiri sering main dan tidur di rumah korban karena sudah menganggap pelaku sebagai anak kandungnya sendiri. Karena pelaku yang biasa main dan tidur di rumah korban kemudian korban curiga tidak pernah main dan tidur di rumah korban.

Atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat Pasal 363 Ayat 1 ke 3, 5 KUH Pidana. Sedangkan barang bukti yang disita dari pelaku adalah 1 (satu) buah tas slempang warna merah hati merk CHIBAO, 1 (satu) buah STNK sepeda motor Honda Supra X 125 K-3421-HF,  dan 2 (dua) buah kartu ATM Britama.

Pelaku (Danang) mengakui perbuatannya telah melakukan pencurian dengan pemberatan di rumah korban, dan uang hasil pencurian telah habis dipakai judi online jenis Slot. (jokowi)
