Grobogan-Inspirasiline.com. Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman (Disperakim) Kabupaten Grobogan menggelar pameran Perumahan Tahun 2022 yang berlangsung di Taman Kuliner Simpanglima Purwodadi.
Pameran digelar dalam rangka memperingati HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke 77 dan sekaligus dikaitkan dengan Hari Perumahan Nasional yang jatuh pada 25 Agustus mendatang.
Pameran yang diikuti 20 pengembang perumahan di Grobogan dan 3 lembaga perbankan ini dibuka secara resmi oleh Bupati Grobogan Hj Sri Sumarni SH MM, Jumat (12/8/22).
Hadir dalam acara peresmian itu Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Grobigan, Sekda, para Staf Ahli Bupati dan para Asisten, Ka Disperakim Drs Siswanto MM, Pimca BRI Purwodadi, Pimpinan Bank Jateng KC Purwodadi, Pimpinan Bank BTN, Dirut Bank BKK Purwodadi, perwakilan PT Semen Grobogan, Ketua DPD REI Grobogan, dan Kepala OPD terkait.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Grobogan mengatakan paneran ini bertujuan untuk menyampaiksn i formasi program penyediaan perumahan yang terjangkau masyarakat. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam pembangunan infrastruktur bagi masyarakat adalahh Program Sejura Rumah yang terbagi 2 sektor yakni 70 persen rumah untuk MBR ( masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah) dan 30 persen rumah non MBR. Dengan demikian masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dapat berkesempatan memiliki rumah yang layak huni, demikian juga untuk ASN yang belum memiliki rumah.
Lebih lanjut Bupati berpesan agar pembangunan perumahan mendukung terwujudnya perumahan yang sehat, aman, terjangkau dan layak huni. Bagi pengembang, kata Bupati, agar memastikan daerah tersebut bebas banjir, ada sarana prasarana dasarnya dan PSU (prasarana sarana utilitas umum) sebagai kelengkapan fisik perumahan.”Jangan lupa untuk segera penyerahan PSU nya, sehingga pemeliharaan nya tidak lagi ke pengemang, tetapi sudah menjadi tanggungjawab Pemda” beber Bupati.
Acara peresmia ini dibuka resmi oleh Bupati dengan ditandai penandatanganan prasasti dilanjutkan penyerahan PSU perumahan oleh pengembng kepada Bupati Grobogan. PSU perumahan yang diserahkan sebanyak 5 lokasi yakni perumahan Ayodya 2, Petra Griya, Permata Hijau yang ketiganya berada di Purwodadi, perumahan Wijaya Santika Godong dan perumahan Penggung Regency Wirosari.
Pameran yang dilaksanakan di seputaran Taman Kuliner Purwodadi ini berlangsung 3 hari dari tanggal 12 hingga 14 Agustus 2022.
Terpisah, Kabid Perumahan Rakyat Disperakim Grobogan Upik Farida ST MSi kepada Inspirasiline.com menambahkan sebuah perumahan harus ada RTH ( ruang terbuka hijau) nya seluas 30 persen dari total luasan perumahan yang bisa dihitung dari taman, jalan , sempadan jalan “Pokoknya harus ada RTH nya agar bisa mendukung lingkungan perumahan itu sendiri” ucapnya.
