Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Seratus dua puluh (120) Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) menerima Surat Keputusan (SK) Pelantikan dalam Jabatan Fungsional (JF). Pengambilan Sumpah Jabatan dan Pelantikan digelar di Pendopo Sumonegaran Rumah Dinas (Rumdin) Bupati Sragen, Senin (28/11/2022).
PPPK yang dilantik Fungsional diantarnya Jabatan Sanitarian Terampil sebanyak 5 Orang, Perawat Terampil 46 Orang, Pranata Laboratorium Kesehatan Terampil 1 Orang, Fisioterapis Terampil 1 Orang, Asisten Apoteker Terampil 3 Orang, Bidan Terampil 3 Orang, Perekam Medis Terampil 2 Orang, Penyuluh Pertanian Terampil 7 Orang, dan Penyuluh Pertanian Ahli Pertama 52 Orang.
Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati berpesan, PPPK yang telah diangkat dalam Jabatan Fungsional memiliki Tanggung Jawab lebih sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN)
Yuni sapaan akrab Bupati Sragen itu memberikan contoh Tiga Tipe Pekerja, diantaranya Occupation, Professional dan Soul Calling /Vacation,
“Tipe pekerja tanpa Prestasi dan tidak memikirkan kemajuan Institusi apalagi Daerahnya. Dia bekerja hanya menghabiskan waktu dan yang penting dapat Gaji tepat waktu.
Tipe kedua yakni Professional, tipekal Pekerja yang mau bekerja bukan hanya menunaikan Kewajiban dan Rutinitas, tapi juga berfikir untuk memajukan Institusinya atau Daerahnya. Punya kemauan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki supaya bisa meningkatkan value dirinya.
Tipe ketiga atau Level Tertinggi, yakni Soul Calling, dia lebih mikir yang bisa diberikan untuk Institusi dan Bangsa” Ungkapnya.
“Tidak mikir Gaji dapat berapa, Tunjangan berapa, dia bekerja sudah menjadi Panggilan hati dan jiwa. Ia tidak berpikir Gajinya berapa. Tipe ini berpikir tentang apa yang bisa diberikan untuk Intsitusinya dan bisa berkontribusi bagi Sragen. Kalau ada sesuatu selalu di depan dan ketika ada masalah selalu mencari solusi terbaik,” Ungkapnya menambahkan
Untuk itu Yuni berharap seluruh PPPK yang dilantik itu bisa memiliki Tipe Tertinggi tersebut atau setidaknya masuk ke tipe kedua daripada tipe pertama yang hanya mengandalkan Gaji. Menurutnya Tipe Tertinggi itu niat bekerjanya karena Allah.
“Mulai bulan Desember depan, Anda akan mendapatkan Tunjangan dari Jabatan Fungsional,. Ini adalah Perhatian khusus dari Pemerintah. Karenanya Sumpah yang telah Anda ucapkan sebelum Pelantikan untuk dijadikan komitmen dalam menjalankan tugas, bukan sekedar seremonial semata,” Tegasnya.
Dari 1.720 PPPK se Kabupaten Sragen, Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati mengatakan, baru 120 orang yang memenuhi syarat untuk diangkat ke Jabatan Fungsional.
“PPPK yang dilantik dalam Jabatan Fungsional hari ini harus bersyukur karena masih banyak teman-teman anda yang belum bisa dilantik di Jabatan Fungsional karena belum memenuhi syarat,” Ungkapnya menjelaskan.
Di Kabupaten lain masih banyak yang belum berani melantik PPPK kedalam JF karena belum ada Regulasi yang jelas.
“Tetapi kami berani mengambil Langkah dan Risiko untuk melantik anda kedalam Jabatan Fungsional agar hak tunjangan segera terpenuhi,” Lanjutnya.
Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati mengatakan, Pengangkatan kedalam JF ini agar menjadi motivasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri dalam melaksanakan tugas.
“Berikan kinerja terbaik, dedikasi, dan loyalitas untuk mengabdi pada Bumi Sukowati dan memberikan pelayan terbaik serta berkualitas,” Pintanya.
Tantangan kerja kedepan akan semakin berat, Yuni berpesan, untuk meningkatkan kompetensi di Bidang masing – masing.
“Tingkatkan Kreatifitas dan Ciptakan Inovasi yang goalnya adalah mempermudah dan mempercepat pelayan yang berkualitas. Harus tanggap terhadap keinginan masyarakat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman serta harus melek teknologi,” Pesannya ( Sugimin/17-Release Diskominfo Sragen)
