Rembang-Inspirasiline.com. Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (Dinlutkan) Kabupaten Rembang menggelar acara “Emak-Emak Membumbui Nusantara”, Sabtu (10/12/2022) di Pantai Dasun Lasem, Rembang.
Kegiatan dimulai sejak pagi, berbagai hiburan sudah tampil dan ditonton ratusan warga baik dari pelajar sampai orang tua. Mulai atraksi pencak silat , tarian, hadroh dan grub band.
Para ibu-ibu warga Dasun dari pagi juga sibuk memasak di bawah tenda. Sebagian membuat bumbunya, sebagian memasak ikan dengan berbagai jenis masakan, seperti bandeng mrico, bandeng bakar, garang asem ikan, dempel udang dan lainnya.
Panitia menyiapkan lebih dari 2000 porsi makanan. Dari pantauan sejak pagi pelajar sampai orang tua sudah standby melihat hiburan yang ada sambil menunggu masakan siap dimakan.
Ambarini pengunjung dari Desa Pasedan Kecamatan Bulu, mengatakan sengaja datang setelah mendapat informasi dari kakaknya. Akhirnya Ia memutuskan datang bersama anaknya yang masih kecil.
“Anak sata suka makan ikan, udah biasa . Ini ambil bandeng bakar dan bandeng mrico, ” ujarnya.
Nur Jihan Septiani warga Desa Pamotan mengaku senang hadir di kegiatan makan ikan gratis seperti ini. Apalagi kampanye tentang gemar makan ini juga diselingi banyak hiburan.
“Ini bagus mas, tadi aku ambil bandeng sama bumbu kecap, dan bumbu latoh. Kalau suka makan ikan dari remaja kan harapannya bisa mencegah penyakit stunting juga, ” tuturnya.
Kepala Bidang Bina Usaha dan Peningkatan Daya Saing Dinlutkan, Nurida Adante Islami menuturkan kegiatan itu dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ikan yang jatuh pada tanggal 21 November dan Hari Nusantara 13 Desember mendatang sehingga munculah tema Emak-Emak Membumbui Nusantara.
“Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan konsumsi ikan di Kabupaten Rembang. Dan membuat laut sebagai arus utama pembangunan daerah, dimana kita bisa memanfaatkan sumber daya pesisir untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat.”
Ia berharap event tersebut bisa rutin digelar di Dasun. Pasalnya dari sejarah Dasun di zaman dulu merupakan pelabuhan besar.
Tak sampai 20 menit 2000 porsi makanan yang disediakan ludes. Bahkan ada sebagian pengunjung harus gigit jari karena kehabisan. (Yon Daryono)
