Blora-Inspirasiline.com. Jalan cor beton di Jalan Japah menuju bendungan Randugunting mengalami longsor. Tidak hanya itu, 3 Jembatan akses menuju objek wisata bendungan Randugunting juga rusak berat dan mengkhawatirkan para pengguna jalan yang melintas.
Kepala Desa Kalinanas, Kecamatan Japah, Jani mengatakan, untuk jalan cor beton sepanjang Jalan Japah sampai bendungan Randugunting itu dikerjakan oleh kontraktor WIKA.
Adapun terkait 3 jembatan yang rusak, Jani menjelaskan, kalau dulu sesuai perjanjian antara Pemkab dengan WIKA untuk jalan cor itu yang membangun WIKA. Namun, untuk jembatannya sesuai perjanjian di bendungan, waktu itu akan dikerjakan Pemkab, tetapi hingga hari ini belum dikerjakan.
“Saya pernah minta saran dan petunjuk dari kepala Dinas PUPR pak Sam, bahwa dulu sudah diusulkan dan dianggarkan 3 M, akan tetapi saat itu katanya hilang atau dicoret. Dan itu di tahun 2022. Untuk alasan sampai kecoret, saya tidak menanyakan sampai ke sana. Namun, pak Sam saat itu memberikan petunjuk bahwa kemarin sudah saya anggarkan 3 M, tapi anggarannya hilang di tengah jalan, seperti itu penjelasan pak Sam Gautama,” ungkapnya.
Disinggung soal anggara 3 M untuk jembatan dari Desa Kalinanas sampai Japah, lalu Jembatan yang ada di dukuh Karangori, Desa Bogem, itu ada longsoran yang akan membelah jalan dari Desa Kalinanas sampai Kecamatan Japah untuk penanganan itu.
“Dan ini sesuai petunjuk dari Kadinas PUPR Blora, Sam Gautama, senilai 3 M. Namun, anggaran itu hilang di tengah jalan,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Sam Gautama saat dimintai keterangan mengatakan, memang betul itu dulu sudah pernah diusulkan, bahkan sejak tahun 2020, 2021 dan 2022. Namun, usulan itu hilang karena terkena refocusing saat pandemi.
“Untuk 3 jembatan tersebut kami sudah mendata dan kami juga punya datanya. Namun, ketiga jembatan tersebut di tahun 2023, kita hanya bisa untuk merawat dalam arti kita bisanya untuk perawatan saja,” jelasnya, saat selesai acara peresmian jalan cor Goa Terawang-Pelemsengir di rumah Kepala Desa Pelemsengir, Kecamatan Todanan, Senin (9/1/2023).
Terkait untuk bisa dibangun di tahun 2024, DPUPR akan mengusulkan kembali dan sekaligus dianggarkan.
“Semoga di tahun 2024 bisa terealisasi pembangunan di 3 jembatan menuju bendungan Randugunting yang rusak dan berlubang,” ungkap Sam.
Sedangkan untuk longsoran di dukuh Karangori, Desa Bogem akan dibahas terlebih dahulu, karena longsoran tersebut lebar dan dalam.
“Longsoran tersebut sangat dalam, dan ini akan membutuhkan biaya yang sangat banyak,” tandasnya. (Tim Liputan : Yokanan)
