Rembang-Inspirasiline.com. Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Rembang mengalami kekurangan anggaran cukup besar untuk menggaji Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). Tak tanggung-tanggung kekurangan diperkirakan mencapai sekitar Rp 60 miliar.
Bupati Rembang Abdul Hafidz mengutarakan, Pemkab terus berupaya meningkatkan jumlah PPPK. Sebab, dalam ketentuan, sampai dengan November 2023, tenaga Non Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) akan dihapus.
”Nanti November harus sudah selesai semua. Pegawai murni dari PNS dan PPPK. Selain itu tidak ada,” ujarnya.
Sementara, sampai dengan kemarin, Hafidz menjelaskan, administrasi tentang PPPK belum tertata sepenuhnya. Seperti mekanisme penggajian. Beberapa waktu lalu Pemkab sempat mendapatkan anggaran sekitar Rp 80 miliar untuk PPPK. Namun, setelah dikaji angka tersebut dinilai belum mencukupi kebutuhan.
”Kebutuhan dana pada tahun 2023 kurang lebih Rp 132 miliar. Jadi kami harus nambahi Rp 60 miliar,” terang Hafidz.
Meski demikian, pihaknya selaku Kepala Daerah mengaku tetap memberanikan untuk mengangkat PPPK. Saat ini, kata Hafidz, Pemkab telah mengangkat sekitar 1.600 pegawai. Dari Tenaga kesehatan dan pendidikan. Sehingga tidak memungkiri apabila ke depan akan ada penyesuaian anggaran.
”Memang dampak dari ini (pengangkatan PPPK) bisa meningkatkan kinerja,” imbuhnya.
Selain itu, Pemkab juga akan berupaya meningkatkan kinerja agar ke depan bisa mendapatkan Reward dari Pemerintah Pusat. Kata Hafidz pemerintah pusat menganggarkan reward sebesar Rp 4 triliun akan diberikan kepada daerah.
Untuk itu, diperlukan kerja keras agar Pemkab Rembang bisa mampu mendapatkan pencapaian. Diantara indikatornya adalah penanganan stunting, kemiskinan, dan penyerapan anggaran.
”Ini juga tidak lepas dari kebijakan kami untuk memberanikan diri menyelesaikan PPPK. Kami krisis keuangan. Tapi kami tetap harus berani. Karena kami masih memiliki peluang,” pungkasnya. (yon daryono)
