Rembang-Inspirasiline.com. Selain proyek jalan Sale -Tahunan, Kecamatan Sale, dan beberapa yang lain, satu lagi proyek di Rembang yang pengerjaannya diragukan akan selesai dalam waktu toleransi perpanjangan selama 50 hari sejak awal Januari 2023. Yakni proyek embung di Desa Glebeg, Sulang.
Progres pengerjaan proyek embung Glegek senilai Rp 3,7 miliar dari Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) itu di ragukan akan bisa selesai.
Dari pantauan Sabtu (14/1), masih banyak pekerjaan yang harus dikebut oleh rekanan agar batas waktu toleransi 50 hari selesai.
Antara lain pengecoran tebing embung yang masih tersisa lebih dari 50 persen, pemasangan paving blok jalan akses ke embung, pemasangan slup dan pagar keliling dan pembenahan tebing embung sebelah selatan yang longsor akibat hujan deras pekan lalu.
Disisi lain, banyak material dan peralatan kerja dilokasi terlihat minim. Misal dua buah molen yang rusak belum dibenahi atau di ganti. Sehingga pekerjaan dilakukan dengan manual. Dan ini akan membuat pekerjaan menjadi lambat.
Suraji, salah seorang tukang batu yang bekerja dilokasi kepada wartawan media ini mengaku pesimis proyek ini akan selesai dalam dua minggu ke depan seperti yang ditargetkan oleh mandor.
“Selama peralatan dan material seperti molen, pasir, semen, besi dan paving, tidak segera di datangkan ke lokasi, pekerjan itu tidak mungkin selesai dalam dua minggu,” tutur Suraji.
Seorang mandor proyek yang dimintai keterangan media ini menyatakan optimis dalam dua minggu ke depan, seluruh pekerjaan embung selesai.
PPKom proyek Embung Glebeg Gendro belum berhasil hubungi. Beberapa kali wartawan Inspirasiline.com mencoba menghubungi lewat HP, namun tidak aktif.
Sementara itu Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPRD Rembang Puji Santoso saat di konfirmasi Inspirasiline dengan tegas juga merasa pesimis proyek Embung Glegeg selesai sesuai waktu perpanjangan.
Dia mengaku beberapa hari lalu bersama tim Komisi III telah mengecek langsung ke lokasi proyek dua embung di Glebeg.
“Khusus proyek embung Glebeg yang di danai DAK progresnya memprihatinkan. Tidak mungkin akan selesai dalam sebulan ke depan. Kecuali ada pengerahan besar-besaran peralatan, tenaga dan material secara masif. Namun nampaknya itu belum akan dilakukan rekanan. Saya sudah menegor PPKom pak Gendro,” tandas Puji Santoso.
Sementara satu proyek embung di Glebeg yang didanai APBD I Jateng progresnya sudah mencapai sekitar 90 persen.
Proyek embung di Desa Glebeg, Sulang, lokasinya berada tengah area persawahan, sebelah selatan desa. Embung yang di danai dengan DAK tampak dari depan terdapat dua gazebo. Di sebelahnya sudah diberi tulisan ”Embung Glebeg Kabupaten Rembang”.
Pembangunan sudah tampak membentuk embung. Namun, belum dilakukan pengecoran sepenuhnya. Sebagian masih berupa tanah. Dilansir dari laman LPSE, pembangunan proyek ini nilainya sekitar Rp 3,7 miliar.
Sampai dengan 31 Desember, berdasarkan data Badan Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Rembang, pencairan sudah 91,53 persen. Atau sekitar Rp 3,5 miliar. (yon daryono)
