Kendal-Inspirasiline.com. Bupati Kendal Dico M Ganinduto meminta semua kepala OPD harus mengedepankan sinergitas dan kolaborasi antara OPD, agar tidak terjadi program yang tumpang tindih, sehingga pencapaiannya maksimal.
Bupati juga meminta agar seluruh OPD mengidentifikasi seluruh permasalahan di masyarakat, dan jangan sampai menunggu aduan dari masyarakat. Di antaranya identifikasi kondisi infrastruktur hingga ke tingkat desa.
Hal itu disampaikan Bupati usai melantik empat pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama, Jumat (13/1) di Pemkab Kendal di Pendopo Tumenggung Bahurekso.
Pejabat yang dilantik yakni Sudaryanto sebagai Kepala Dinas PUPR, dr Abidin sebagai Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Bambang Joko Pitono sebagai Kepala Satpol PP dan Damkar, dan Albertus Hendrik sebagai Kepala Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak.
Bupati Kendal Dico M Ganinduto mengatakan, Pelayanan masyarakat harus ditingkatkan, seperti pelayanan kesehatan, jangan sampai ada masyarakat tidak mampu, yang tidak mendapatkan pelayanan ketika berobat di fasilitas kesehatan milik Pemkab. Oleh karena itu semua puskesmas dan RSUD harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat.
“Saya meminta dengan kepala OPD yang baru ini bisa terus meningkatkan kinerja dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Kendal yang selama ini sudah baik, ke depan bisa lebih baik lagi,”ungkap Bupati Dico.
Sementara, Kepala Dinas PUPR Kendal Sudaryanto mengatakan, sesuai dengan arahan Bupati, pihaknya akan bersinergi dengan seluruh camat, agar segera mengidentifikasi kondisi infrastruktur untuk disampaikan kepada Bupati. Jangan sampai masyarakat yang menyampaikan aduan lebih dulu kepada Bupati.
“Kami akan bersinergi dengan Kecamatan dan desa agar aduan masyarakat itu sampai kepada Bupati, harus dari OPD yang pertama kali menyampaikan kepada Bupati jangan sampai Bupati dapat aduan dari masyarakat, kemudian Bupati menyampaikan kepada OPD,” katanya.
Dikatakannya, Program di tahun 2023 ini, Dinas PUPR akan menyelesaikan infrastruktur jalan yang belum diperbaiki, dengan target seluruh infrastruktur jalan di Kabupaten Kendal. Selain itu juga menangani area irigasi supaya dalam kondisi baik.
“Tahun 2023 akan meningkatkan kondisi jalan mantap dan meningkatkan area irigasi,”tuturnya.
Sudaryanto mengungkan, Terkait dengan banjir, juga akan segera mengidentifikasi daerah langganan banjir, sehingga ketika terjadi banjir, bisa cepat teratasi atau cepat surut. Untuk penanganan sungai, karena semua sungai merupakan kewenangan provinsi, maka pihaknya selalu berkoordinasi dengan pihak Provinsi.
“Kami selalu berkoordinasi dengan Provinsi untuk penanganan sungai yang dangkal. Karena banjir itu komplek, tidak hanya ditangani pihak Provinsi, maka kami akan menangani sesuai dengan kemampuan yaitu akan mengusahakan agar kalau ada banjir bisa cepat surut,” tandasnya. (eko)
