Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) Kabupaten Sragen akan menggelar Lomba Desa 2023 yang telah ditetapkan pada rangkaian Sragen Award 2023 yang akan dilaksanakan bertepatan dengan Hari Jadi Sragen pada bulan Mei mendatang.
“Lomba Desa 2023 akan masuk Rangkaian Sragen Award 2023. Seperti Arahan Bupati, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sragen akan memberikan penghargaan bagi Desa yang memiliki Pretasi dan Inovasi.” Ungkap Kabid Pemberdayaan dan Pengembangan Desa/Kelurahan Dinas PMD Sragen Ichwan Yulianto saat ditemui dikantor Dinas PMD Kabupaten Sragen, Rabu (8/2/2023).
Menurutnya Lomba Desa merupakan Agenda Rutin yang dilaksanakan setiap Tahun Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Masyarakat Desa/Kelurahan yang melibatkan seluruh Desa/Kelurahan yang ada di Kabupaten Sragen.
“Lomba Desa ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Apresiasi tidak hanya dari Pemerintah Pusat, namun Pemerintah Daerah juga memberikan Penghargaan kepada Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) dan Kelurahan atas capaian Desa/Kelurahan dalam melaksanakan Tugas Pokok, dan Fungsi Pemerintahan, Kewilayahan dan Kemasyarakatan.” Ungkapnya.
Dikatakan, akan meminta Kecamatan untuk mengadakan Evaluasi Desa di masing-masing Kecamatan. Kemudian Kecamatan akan mengusulkan satu Desa yang akan diikutkan pada Lomba Desa Tingkat Kabupaten.
“Kami akan menerima 20 Desa dari masing-masing Kecamatan yang menunjuk/mengusulkan satu Desa yang ada di Kabupaten Sragen. Mekanismenya akan kami serahkan ke Kecamatan. Nantinya kami akan menerima 20 Desa dan 12 Kelurahan.” Ungkapnya.
Setelahnya Tim akan melakukan Verifikasi kunjungan yang akan di pilih enam (6) Desa terbaik dan empat (4) Kelurahan terbaik. Jadi total ada sepuluh (10) Desa/Kelurahan yang akan terlatih.
Tahapan terakhir dari Verifikasi tersebut adalah memilih Tiga Desa terbaik dan satu Kelurahan terbaik yang akan menjadi juara 1,2 dan 3 dari kategori Desa dan satu Kelurahan terbaik.
“Seluruh pelaksanaan akan dilakukan setelah libur lebaran pada bulan April mendatang. Kita akan berusaha semuanya dilaksanakan sebelum Sragen Award yang kemudian pemenang akan ditetapkan melalui SK Bupati.” Jelas Ichwan Yulianto
Ichwan Yulianto menuturkan sesuai Permendagri No. 81 Tahun 2015 Inidikator utama dalam penilian meliputi Pemerintahan, Kemasyarkatan dan Kewilayahan. Selanjutnya muatan lokal juga sangat berperan penting seperti Inovasi dalam Pemanfaatan dan Pengembangan Potensi/Produk Unggulan, Inovasi Bidang Pelayanan Pemerintah Desa kepada masyarakat, Pengelolaan Sampah, Sistem Informasi Desa dan Penanganan Permasalahan Sosial. Selain itu Desa/Kelurahan wajib membuat Video Perkembangan Desa dan saat penilaian di lapangan dipaparkan oleh Kepala Desa.
Para Tim penilai akan dilakukan tidak hanya oleh Dinas PMD namun akan berkoodinasi dengan Organisasi Perangkat Dearah (OPD) terkait seperti Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Inspektorat, DPU, Dinas Perkim, BPKPD, Dinas Pertaniaan, dan Dinas Kominfo.
Lomba Desa/Kelurahan 2023 mengusung Tema Desa/Kelurahan Mandiri Mewujudkan Masyarakat Sejahtera dan Berdikari, dengan harapan Desa semakin Maju dan Mandiri untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera.
Tak tanggung-tanggung Pemkab Sragen akan memberikan Apresiasi kepada Pemenag Lomba Desa dan Kelurahan Tahun 2023 berupa :
Juara I Desa Rp 100 juta
Juara II Desa Rp 75 juta
Juara III Desa Rp 50 juta
Dan Juara I Kelurahan Rp 100 juta
“Bagi penerima, Hadiah Lomba Pemanfaatannya harus dimasukkan ke Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Desa (APBDes) sehingga tidak diterima secara Tunai melainkan ditransfer melalui Rekening Kas Desa yang penggunaanya untuk Pembangunan Desa.” Pungkasnya ( Sugimin/17-Release Diskominfo Sragen)
