Sukoharjo-Inspirasiline.com. Bupati Sukoharjo Etik Suryani memberikan apresiasi kepada Enam desa di Kabupaten Sukoharjo lunas Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) di dua bulan awal 2023. Bupati Sukoharjo, Etik Suryani menargetkan PBB-P2 pada 2023 minimal lunas 90% dari 167 desa yang ada.
Hal itu disampaikan dalam kegiatan Panutan Pembayaran PBB-P2 tahun 2023 di Gedung Graha Satya Praja (GSP), Pemkab Sukoharjo, Selasa (28/2/2023). Bupati mengatakan enam desa yang telah lunas pajak itu yakni Puhgogor (Kecamatan Bendosari), Karangasem-(Bulu), Pojok (Tawangsari), Genengsari (Polokarto), Tanjungrejo (Nguter), dan Kedungjambal (Tawangsari).
“Harapan saya strategi enam kepala desa tersebut dapat menjadi contoh bagi desa dan kelurahan lain. Sebagai pembanding pada 2022 terdapat 102 desa lunas PBB sebelum jatuh tempo. Semoga pada 2023 ini agar lebih meningkat lagi. Target kami 90% lah minimal,” terang Bupati Etik.
Demi mencapai target tersebut, dia meminta surat pemberitahuan pajak terutang atau SPPT PBB-P2 harus segera diterima masyarakat. Dia juga meminta seluruh camat, kades serta lurah se-Kabupaten Sukoharjo untuk dapat mengintensifkan sosialisasi sadar pajak dan penagihan Pajak PBB-P2 kepada wajib pajak di lingkungannya.
Jika wajib pajak tiga tahun tidak membayar pajak setelah pengalihan kewenangan pengelolaan PBB-P2, maka nomor objek pajaknya akan dinonaktifkan. Bupati meyakini program ini akan mempercepat pelunasan PBB.
Pemerintah juga terus berupaya memudahkan masyarakat untuk membayar PBB. Selain melalui Bank Jateng, masyarakat juga bisa membayar melalui kanal pembayaran seperti Indomaret, Alfamart, Tokopedia, Gopay, Bukalapak, OVO, Kantor Pos, Blibli dan lainnya.
Bupati meminta Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sukoharjo (BPKPAD) untuk dapat menjadikan kanal pembayaran tersebut sebagai kanal pembayaran pajak daerah lainnya. BPKPAD juga diminta untuk lebih giat dalam melakukan jemput bola pembayaran ke wilayah. Hal itu bisa dilakukan dengan menggandeng desa/kelurahan di tempat-tempat strategis bersama Bank Jateng.
“Kepada seluruh kepala organisasi perangkat daerah di Kabupaten Sukoharjo untuk memerintahkan kepada jajarannya menggalakkan gerakan disiplin bayar PBB-P2 sebelum jatuh tempo paling lambat triwulan I,” imbaunya.
Sementara itu, Kepala BPKPAD, Richard Tri Handoko, mengatakan bahwa capaian realisasi pajak, yaitu pajak Hotel, Restoran, Hiburan, Reklame, Penerangan jalan, Mineral bukan logam dan batuan, pajak parkir, Air bawah tanah, PBB-P2, dan pajak BPHTB teralisasi Rp.286 519 955 518 dari target Rp. 214 250 000 000 sehingga mengalami kenaikan sebesar 133,73 %.
