Brebes – Polsek Ketanggungan Polres Breges Polda Jawa Tengah melakukan razia kesejumlah pedagang kembang api yang berjualan diwilayahnya, Selasa sore (28/3/2023).
Hasilnya, dari pengecekan di 2 (dua) lokasi yang berbeda yakni dari penjual berinisial RD (45) warga desa Ketanggungan dan EG (66) warga desa Kubangsari Kecamatan Ketanggungan, polisi berhasil mengamankan ribuan petasan jenis korek dan ratusan petasan jenis srengdor.
Kapolres Brebes AKBP Guntur Muhammad Tariq melalui Kapolsek Ketanggungan AKP Suroto mengungkapkan kegiatan tersebut merupakan upaya antisipasi adanya kenakalan remaja berupa tawuran, parang sarung maupun perang petasan saat bulan Ramadhan dan sebagai tindak lanjut arahan Kapolres Brebes atas terjadinya insiden meledaknya petasan di Magelang Jawa Tengah yang menimbulkan korban jiwa.
“Ini sebagai antisipasi jangan sampai terjadi perang petasan seperti sebelumnya dan sebagai tindak lanjut arahan dari Kapolres Brebes yang memerintahkan agar seluruh jajaran kepolisian secara rutin melaksanakan kegiatan patroli dan melakukan razia penjual petasan dan kembang api,” ungkap Suroto.
“Melalui kegiatan rutin yang ditingkatkan dalam razia ini kami berhasil mengamankan sebanyak 15.000 butir petasan jenis korek dan 500 butir petasan Srengdor,” lanjutnya.
Suroto menambahkan, razia petasan merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan rasa aman dan nyaman selama ramadhan. Pihaknya juga akan terus menggelar razia petasan secara rutin dan melaksanakan patroli jelang berbuka, patroli malam dan patroli subuh.
Selain melukan razia petasan, polisi juga menggelar razia minuman keras (Miras).
Hasilnya ratusan Miras dalam kemasan berhasil diamankan. Terdiri dari 8 Dus AO Besar dengan jumlah 96 Botol, 4 Dus AO Kecil 96 Botol, 4 Dus Bir Hitam berisi 48 botol disita dan diamankan di Polsek Ketanggungan guna dilakukan pemusnahan. (Biet)
