Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Musyawarah Kerja Kepala Sekolah (MKKS) Sekolah Menengah Pertama Se-Wilayah Soloraya Meliputi Kota Surakarta, Kabupaten Boyolali, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Karanganyar, Kabupaten Wonogiri, Kabupaten Sragen dan Kabupaten Klaten (Subosukawonosraten) menggelar Kegiatan “Temu Ilmiah dan Seminar Nasional” mengusung Thema “Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Adaptif Di Era Vuca” berlangsung di Gedung Sasana Manggala Sukowati Sragen, Rabu, (31/5/2023).
Acara itu Dihadiri Bupati Sragen, dr. Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Sragen, Suwardi, Pengurus MKKS SMP Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dan Kepala SMP Se-Subosukawonosraten.
Dalam Sambutannya, Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati Menjelaskan MKKS Merupakan Suatu Wadah yang Layaknya Sebagai Rumah untuk Meningkatkan Komptensi bagi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Rangka Berperan Serta Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan. Baginya Forum ini Adalah Suatu Pencerahan Buat Kepala Sekolah Agar Mampu Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Sebagai Agen Pembelajaran Untuk Mewujudkan Insan Indonesia yang Religius, Cerdas, dan Terampil.
“Para Kepala Sekolah Dituntut Untuk Mempunyai Kompentensi Manajerial, Kewirausahaan, Supervisi, Kepribadian Serta Kompetensi Sosial Sehingga Dalam Konteks Kompetensi tersebut Para Kepala Sekolah Dapat Mewujudkan Tindakan yang Cerdas dan Bertanggungjawab yang harus Dimiliki Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Jabatan Profesi,” Kata Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati.
Menurutnya Peran Kepala Sekolah Sangatlah Penting Dalam Mewujudkan Visi dan Misi Kabupaten Sragen. Dalam Hal ini Kepala Sekolah Dituntut Untuk Dapat Meningkatkan dan Mengembangkan Kompetensi Seorang Kepala Sekolah, Untuk itu Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati Mengajak Semua Kepala Sekolah Untuk Melakukan Inovasi Dalam Rangka Memajukan Pendidikan di Bumi Sukowati Khususnya.
“Pemimpin itu Harus Bisa Meningkatkan Inovasi, serta Melakukan Terobosan Baru, Agar Pendidikan di Kabupaten Sragen Terus Mengalami Kemajuan,” Ungkap Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati.
Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati Menegaskan jika Jabatan Kepala Sekolah Saat ini Jadikan Sebagai Alat Pengabdian Kepada Bangsa, Negara dan Agama. Sebagai Pemimpin di Kabupaten Sragen, Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati menyebut Generasi Yang Akan Datang Berada Ditangan Para Kepala Sekolah dan Para Guru Saat ini Lakukan Dengan Senang Hati Jangan Membanding Bandingkan Dengan Jabatan Orang Lain Yang Lebih Tinggi. Pendidik dan Kepala Sekolah Harus Punya Hati Yang Bersih dan Pandai Bersyukur Atas Yang Diraih.
“Jangan Main – Main Dengan Pendidikan, Karena Hitam Putihnya Bangsa Indonesia Tergatung Pada Generasi Yang Akan Datang,” Tegasnya.
Tak hanya itu, Bupati Sragen Juga Berterima Kasih Atas Kehadiran dan Kiprah Para Guru yang Bernaung Dalam Program Guru Penggerak untuk Menjawab Ketertinggalan di Bidang Pendidikan, Meningkatkan Kualitas dan Akses Pendidikan. Guru Penggerak-lah yang Menggerakkan Para Kepala Sekolah dan Mendapatkan Amanah Untuk Menerapkan Ilmu dan Keterampilan yang Diperoleh.
Dijelaskan, Bukti Nyata yang Dirasakan Sampai Saat Ini Dalam Rangka Mengembangkan Kurikulum Merdeka.
Pada Momen itu Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati juga Berbangga Atas Diraihnya Anugerah Merdeka Belajar Kategori Pemda Sub Kategori “Transformasi SDM Pendidikan” yang Diterima Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Sragen Pada Senin (29/5/2023) lalu.
Menurutnya Prestasi itu karena Komitmen Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sragen yang selalu Meningkatkan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Terutama Pada Tenaga Pendidik / Guru.
Sementara, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Sragen, Suwardi Mengatakan Pada Hari Ini Merupakan Pertemuan Rutin yang Dilaksanakan oleh MKKS Se-Wilayah Soloraya secara Bergiliran. Kebetulan Hari ini MKKS Kabupaten Sragen yang Menjadi Tuan Rumah.
Menurutnya Ajang Seperti ini Sangat Diperlukan Untuk Berkoordinasi Antar MKKS Masing-Masing Kabupaten /Kota Untuk Melaksanakan Program Pendidikan Setingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Sehingga Dicapai Kesamaan Persepsi Tentang Pelaksanaan Suatu Program Pendidikan.
