Sukoharjo-Inspirasiline.com. Ribuan pendidik PAUD yang tergabung dalam HIMPAUDI (Himpunan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Anak Usia Dini Indonesia) memperngati HUT yang ke-19 berlangsung di gedung Taman Budaya Suryani Sukoharjo pada Selasa (17/9/2024) yang dihadiri oleh bupati selaku Bunda PAUD yang ditandai dengan potong tumpeng oleh bupati selaku Bunda PAUD diserahkan kepada ketua HIMPAUDI kabupaten.
Peringaan HUT HIMPAUDI yang ke- 19 dengan mengusung tema “Guru Professional Wujudkan Karakter Kuat Menuju Indonesia Bermartabat”.
Dalam laoporannya Ketua HIMPAUDI kabupaten Sukoharjo Dwi Esti Linuwih yang lebih akrab di sapa bu Elin itu menyampaikan bahwa kami ada tiga tantangan bagi pendidik PAUD yaitu Kesetaraan, Pemberdayaan, dan Perlindungan. Ketiga hal tersebut sudah kami sampaikan kepada bupati Sukoharjo dan alhamdulillah mendapat respon positip hal itu merupakan angin segar bagi kami sebagai pendidik PAUD.
Lebih lanjut Elin juga mengatakan bidang kesejahteraan untuk pendidik PAUD alhamdulillah untuk tahun ini semua pendidik PAUD akan mendapatkan insentif Rp. 400 000/bl dan insya alloh tahun depan akan di dinaikkan menjadi Rp. 500 000/bl itu merupakan kabar yang sangat membahagiakan bagi kami walau hal itu masih jauh dari kata sejahteran namun bentuk kepedulian dan perhatian bupati itulah yang membahagiakan kami, katanya.
Selain tersebut diatas kami juga menyampaikan agar falitas kami juga diperhatikan seperti toilet training hal itu sangat penting pasalnya anak usia dini merupakan pondasi dasar sehingga toilet training juga harus diperhatikan dimana kami masih ada beberapa yang belum ada toilet trainingnya untuk anak usia dini dengan menghadirkan jamban-jamban dilembaga PAUD yang belum memiliki jamban.
Untuk tenaga pendidik diharapkan bisa meningkatkan digitalisasi maupun non digitalisasi sehingga mereka bisa mengawal anak usia dini tanpa malpraktek dan kekinian. Jumlah pendidik sekabupaten sejumlah 1 075 orang yang sudah mendapatkan insentif dan totalnya ada 2 600 orang sehingga masih ada sekitar 40 % yang belum tercaper insentif.
Kepada kawan-kawan PAUD kami berpesan didiklah anak-anak dengan hati, beri suri tauladan yang baik dan benar, tepat sehingga kedepannya anak-anak mempunyai integritas kejujuran, dengan kejujuran akan bisa mengantarkan mereka kearah kebaikan apibila mereka dibiasakan tidak jujur dalam segala hal akan membuat mereka mempunyai mental yang bubrah.
Sementara itu Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Sukoharjo Heru Indarjo menyampaikan bahwa di kabupaten Sukoharjo ada 654 Lembaga PAUD baik Formal mupun non Formal, dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 18 819 anak dan tenaga pendidiknya sebanyak 2166 orang. Kami pemerintah mempermudah perizinan maupun regulasi untuk satuan Pendidikan anak usia dini, yang mana PAUD merupakan pondasi awal Pendidikan anak
Sedangkan bupati Sukoharjo dalam kata sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa kehadiran dan peran serta HUMPAIDI sangat penting dalam mencetak generasi penerus bangsa yang cerdas, berkarakter, dan beraklaq mulia untuk itu kami berharap HIMPAUDI agar dapat terus menjadi mitra setrategis pemerintah dalam mewujudkan Pendidikan yang berkualitas dan merata bagi seluruh anak di kabupaten Sukoharjo.
