DUA tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi terkait jual-beli kios Pasar Induk Cepu, yakni Kabid Pasar Dindagkop dan UMKM Blora Warso, dan mantan Kepala UPT Pasar Cepu Sofaat diperiksa Kejaksaan Negeri Blora selama 7 jam, Jumat (6/8/2021).
Kuasa hukum tersangka Warso dan Sofaat, Kadi Sukarno menerangkan, pemeriksaan pada kliennya dimulai dari pukul 09.00, mendapatkan 12 pertanyaan dari jaksa.
“Sampai hari ini sudah 12 pertanyaan. Setelah istirahat (Salat Jumat) masih dilanjutkan. Pertanyaannya terkait dengan perkara kios itu. Terkait seputar itu dan pelurusan administrasi terlebih dulu. Apakah pelaksanaannya itu sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang sudah ditetapkan, termasuk perda ataupun mungkin juga terkait perintah jabatan. Baru sebatas itu, sehingga nanti arahnya juga akan kami pelajari lebih lanjut,” terang Kadi.
Keterlibatan dua kliennya tersebut, pihaknya memandang penting untuk pelurusan administrasi, tentang keterlibatannya ke arah pidana atau maladministrasi.
“Meskipun konteks aturan itu belum diketemukan, tapi persoalan ini sudah berjalan lama. Konteks pengelolaan pasar sudah berjalan lama. Pasar itu juga merupakan objek PAD, juga sudah berjalan lama. Maka sebenarnya hal ini juga melibatkan pihak pemda yang notabene sebagai penerima PAD, dan lebih-lebih PAD ini juga digunakan untuk rakyat, untuk masyarakat Blora khususnya. Maka di mana letak kerugian negara nanti akan kita cari,” bebernya.
Kadi berharap, kliennya hanya terjerat persoalan maladministrasi saja, bukan persoalan pidana. Kedua kliennya itu dalam menjalankan tugasnya berdasarkan perintah dari atasan.
“Atas perintah dari atasan (kepala dinasnya),” terangnya.
Pemeriksaan lanjutan usai Salat Jumat, Kadi menerangkan, kliennya mendapatkan 20 pertanyaan dari jaksa.
“Iya, tadi nambah pertanyaannya, Mas, ada 20 pertanyaan. Pertanyaannya seputar kronologis dana kompensasi kios dan terkait administrasinya,” ungkapnya.
Disinggung soal pemanggilan kembali terhadap kliennya, Kadi mengaku akan berusaha kooperatif saja terhadap proses hukum.
Hingga pukul 17.00, pemeriksaan selesai.
“Kita menunggu saja, Mas, kooperatif,” ucapnya singkat.
Sementara Kasi Intel Kejaksaan Negeri Blora Muhammad Adung mengungkapkan, rencananya pekan depan masih akan dilakukan pemanggilan kembali kepada tiga tersangka yang dinilai kooperatif dalam kasus ini.
Terkait langkah penahanan, pihaknya akan melihat hasil dari pemeriksaan dan menunggu petunjuk dari pimpinan.
“Sejauh ini ketiganya cukup kooperatif menjalani setiap proses pemeriksaan. Minggu depan kami panggil lagi yang bersangkutan. Untuk kedua tersangka yang telah dipanggil hari ini, kemungkinan minggu depan masih akan kita panggil lagi. Ini masih berjalan pemeriksaannya,” bebernya.***
