Ka. Lapas menyampaikan secara langsung kepada Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan tentang Pola Pembinaan “Masuk Minus Bebas Plus” bagi warga binaan pemasyarakastan (WBP) Lapas Kelas IIB Tegal yang implementasi dari 3 Kunci Pemasyarakatan Maju + Back To Basic.
Dijelaskan oleh Yugo, Secara garis besar alur Masuk Minus Bebas Plus sebagai berikut : Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan dengan segala kekurangannya masuk ke dalam lapas, diberikan pembinaan sehingga mempunyai bekal keterampilan melalui program kerja sama dengan BLK Kab. Tegal.
Dari keterampilan tersebut kemudian dikembangkan dalam kegiatan kerja yang diselenggarakan di dalam Lapas bekerja sama dengan beberapa stake holder lapas seperti Rutela, Eco Enzym, Rumah Kutub, dll. Selanjutnya Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan diberikan pembinaan lanjutan berupa bantuan modal usaha dan pendampingan Pendirian Perusahaan Mandiri bagi WBP yang berminat dan mempunyai potensi untuk menjadi seorang wirauswasta sehingga WBP menjadi seorang Wirausaha yang mempunyai CV atau PT mandiri dan dapat dikelola langsung setelah selesai menjalani masa pidana.
Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan diberikan jaminan perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan selama melaksanakan kegiatan kerja di dalam Lapas melalui program kerja sama antara Lapas dengan
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tegal tentang program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan.
Selain itu, Lapas Tegal juga memberikan dana pensiun bagi Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan. Dimana WBP mendapatkan dana pensiun dari hasil premi selama menjalankan kegiatan kerja di dalam Lapas. Untuk program tersebut, Lapas Tegal bekerja sama dengan Bank Jawa Barat untuk pengadaan rekening penyimpanan dana pensiun dan sebagai penyedia modal bagi warga binaan pemasyarakatan untuk mendirikan usaha mandirinya.
Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan menyambut baik dan memberikan dukungan penuh atas program tersebut. Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan berharap agar program ini terus dikembangkan sehingga kualitas dan kuantitas output kegiatan tersebut dapat lebih meningkat. Kedepan, Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan akan meninjau langsung pola pembinaan Masuk Minus Bebas Plus bagi WBP di Lapas Kelas IIB Tegal. Jelas Yugo. (Biet)
