Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara – Reformasi Birokrasi ( Menpan RB) meresmikan 7 Mal Pelayanan Publik ( MPP ) Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah (Jateng).
Tujuh Kepala Daerah hadir di Sragen yakni : Kepala Daerah Demak, Pekalongan, Pemalang, Purbalingga, Semarang, Wonogiri dan Sragen sendiri,
Hal tersebut disampaikan Diputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementrian PAN-RB Diah Natalisa.
Peresmian 7 MPP oleh Menteri PANRB Abdullah Azwar Anas terpusat di MPP Kabupaten Sragen Senin ( 20/2/2023).
Dalam Peresmian ini Menteri PANRB didampingi Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo, Walikota Solo Gibran Rakabumi Raka, Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati, Bupati Demak Eisti’anah, Bupati Pekalongan Fadia Arafiq, Plt. Bupati Pemalang Mansur Hidayat, Bupati Purbalingga Dyah Hayuning Pratiwi, Bupati Semarang Ngesti Nugraha, dan Bupati Wonogiri Joko Sutopo.
Menpan-RB Abdullah Azwar Anas dalam sambutanya, menyampaikan, Presiden RI Joko Widodo berpesan, agar Pelayan Publik tidak ribet, Pelayan masyarakat kedepan berdampak baik dan diminta Birokrasi tidak menumpuk kertas.
Abdullah Azwar Anas mengatakan, dirinya banyak menerima aduan, hal Mutasi, Naik golongan yang ribet, Ngurus Mutasi antar Provinsi sangat lama dan ruwet, mengurus Kenaikan Pangkat Eselon juga cukup bertele-tele, semua akan dibenahi agar Pelayanan bisa Mudah dan Cepat. Menyoroti Tentang Pegawai Honorer Justru membengkak, disebabkan Kepala Dinas merekrut secara diam-diam.
“Saat ditanya bilang tidak ada Pegawai Honorer, namun saat di Cek didata ada Pegawai Honorer ” Ungkapnya.
Azwar Anas menyampaikan, Penilaian Tingkat Provinsi dan Kabupaten Jawa Tengah berpredikat baik dan Kabupaten Sragen juga mendapatkan Penilaian Pelayanan baik, untuk Provinsi dan Kabupaten/ Walikota segera memperbaikinya.
Azwar Anas berharap, agar MPP menjadi jawaban Pelayanan Masyarakat masa sekarang dan akan datang.
Setelah memberikan sambutan Menpan RB Abdullah Azwar Anas memberikan Cendra Mata kepada 7 Kepala Daerah, dilanjutkan Penandatanganan Prasasti, 7 Kepada Daerah disaksikan Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo, Walikota Solo Gibran Rakabumi Raka dan Diputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kemenpan RB Diah Natalisa, diteruskan menyapa lewat Telekonferensi dengan Petugas MPP dari berbagai Daerah.
Sementara Deputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementerian PANRB Diah Natalisa menyampaikan kehadiran MPP di tiap Kabupaten merupakan Wujud Reformasi Birokrasi yang berdampak terhadap Perbaikan Kualitas Perekonomian Daerah, khususnya bagi Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat.
“Kehadiran MPP menjadi upaya Pemerintah menciptakan Sistem Pelayanan Publik yang lebih baik, Transparan, dan Akuntabel” Ungkap Diah Natalisa.
‘Kehadiran MPP ini merupakan Perwujudan Reformasi Birokrasi yang diharapkan Presiden Joko Widodo.
Peresmian tujuh MPP di Jawa Tengah ini menunjukan seluruh Rangkaian Proses menghadirkan Kinerja Birokrasi yang lebih baik dan handal di tengah-tengah masyarakat,” Ungkap Diah Natalisa
Sebelumnya, Provinsi Jawa Tengah telah memiliki 21 MPP. Ke-7 MPP yang diresmikan secara serentak tersebut diharapkan dapat menambah Peningkatan Layanan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan Keunikan Inovasi yang dihadirkan akan dirasakan manfaatnya .
MPP di Kabupaten Sragen dinamakan MPP Askara Bumi Sukowati. Berlokasi di jalan Dr. Sutomo No. 5, Kelurahan Sine, Kecamatan Sragen, MPP ini menyediakan 1.418 Jenis Layanan dari 39 Instansi dan beroperasi pada hari Senin-Jumat mulai pukul 08.00-15.00 WIB.
MPP Sragen juga memiliki Balai Nikah yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat Kabupaten Sragen.
MPP Hybrid Demak disebut Kota Wali, dengan Luas Area Layanan 720 Meter Persegi. MPP ini menghadirkan 110 Layanan dari 22 Instansi. MPP di Kabupaten Demak beralamat di Jl. Kyai Jebat No.29 Demak dan Beroperasi pada hari Senin-Jumat pukul 08.00-14.30 WIB.
Terdapat juga Pojok Baca Digital (Pocadi) dan pelayanan Perizinan secara Hybrid, yaitu Pelayanan Perizinan secara digital dan Analog pada MPP Kabupaten Demak.
Selanjutnya MPP Kabupaten Pekalongan beralamat di Jl. Sindoro No. 6 Kajen, Pekalongan dan beroperasi pada Senin-Rabu Pukul 08.00-15.30 WIB, Kamis pukul 08.00-15.00 WIB, dan Jumat pukul 08.00-11.00 WIB. MPP menghadirkan 149 dari Layanan 26 Instansi.
MPP Kabupaten Pemalang menghadirkan 66 Jenis Layanan dari 14 Instansi. Masyarakat dapat mengakses Pelayanan MPP beralamat di Jl. Kyai Makmur No. 11 Kabupaten Pemalang pada hari Senin-Jumat pada Pukul 08.00-14.00 WIB. MPP Kabupaten Pemalang memiliki Layanan Informasi Investasi.
MPP Purbalingga memiliki 350 Layanan dari 20 Instansi bergabung menjadi satu.
MPP Purbalingga berlokasi di Jl. Raya Mayjen Sungkono Km. 2, Selabaya, Kalimanah, Purbalingga dan beroperasi pada hari Senin-Kamis pukul 08.00-15.00 WIB, serta Jumat pukul 08.00-14.00 WIB
MPP Kabupaten Semarang beralamat di Jl. Fatmawati 161, Lopait, Tuntang, Semarang dan beroperasi pada hari Senin-Jumat pukul 08.00-15.30 WIB. MPP ini memiliki keunikan Anjungan Dukcapil Mandiri (ADM). ADM merupakan Layanan Mandiri Pencetakan Dokumen Kependudukan meliputi Dokumen Akta (akta kelahiran, Kematian dan Pernikahan), Kartu Keluarga, Surat Keterangan Pindah WNI (SKPWNI), dan Kartu Indentitas Anak (KIA).
Kabupaten Wonogiri.diberi nama MPP Nyawiji beralamat di Jl.Jenderal Sudirman 132, Giritirto, Wonogiri. MPP ini beroperasi pada Senin-Kamis pukul 08.00-15.00 WIB dan Jumat pukul 08.00-11.00 WIB. Keunikan yang dimiliki MPP ini adalah Terintegrasi dengan Pusat Ekonomi Kreatif dan Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu Kabupaten Wonogiri. (Sugimin/17)
