“Hak panjenengan adalah menerima bantuan, kewajiban panjenengan melaksanakan dan membuat pertanggungjawaban administrasinya yang harus diberikan ke Kabag Kesra. Kalau tidak, ini akan jadi masalah, terang Bupati Abdul Hafidz saat sosialisasi pencairan Dana Hibah Tahap II dari sumber APBD II Rembang tahun 2020, di Lantai IV Gedung Setda Rembang, Selasa (11/8).
Bupati mencontohkan, satu kasus pembangunan musala, ketika disalahgunakan dan menjadi masalah hukum, lima orang masuk penjara. Mulai pembuat proposal, panitia pelaksana, inisiator, dan pemilik toko.
“Oleh karena itu, saya berharap pengalaman pahit itu jangan sampai terulang. Pasalnya, anggaran yang keluar harus dipertanggungjawabkan,” tandas Hafidz.
Kepala Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Rembang Mohammad Sofyan mengungkapkan, sosialisasi selama dua hari (Selasa dan Rabu) ini diikuti sebanyak 77 orang. Penerima bantuan meliputi lembaga taman pendidikan Alquran (TPA) dan madrasah diniyah se-Kabupaten Rembang dan musala.
“Dana hibah tahap II ini besarnya mencapai Rp 5,1 miliar. Sedangkan pencairan tahap I sudah berlangsung pada Juni lalu,” pungkas Sofyan.***
