Komunitas dhedhe atau berjemur di bawah panas matahari pagi kian berkembang di Purwodadi, Kabupaten Grobogan. Dari hari ke hari, jumlah anggotanya pun semakin bertambah.
SALAH satu komunitas itu adalah Paguyuban Dhedhe di Lapangan Alun-alun Kota Purwodadi (Pakdelapur). Komunitas yang dimulai sejak tahun lalu itu, semula adalah kumpulan beberapa orang yang sama-sama uka berjemur di bawah sinar matahari pagi, yang lama kelamaan jumlahnya semakin banyak.
H Haris dan Herry Suwartoyo, boleh disebut sebagai pencetus ide Pakdelapur menuturkan, dhedhe atau kegiatan berjemur di bawah sinar matahari pagi ini dimulai pukul 7.00-10.00 dan dilakukan setiap hari, tapi sudah tentu berhenti saat hujan. Kegiatan mereka sepenuhnya dilakukan di tengah Alun-alun Kota Purwodadi.
H Haris dan teman temannya sangat yakin, dengan dhedhe ini bisa meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, terlebih saat pandemi Corona, orang disarankan untuk sering-sering berjemur.
“Kami percaya kok, dengan tiap hari berjemur, kita akan lebih sehat,” ungkap Haris kepada inspirasiline.com, Jumat (28/8/2020).
Yang menarik dalam komunitas ini adalah ketika ada yang punya hajat, misal ulang tahun, mereka bawa makanan atau jajanan dan minuman sendiri-sendiri, yang kemudian dimakan bersama. “Jadi akan tercipta komunikasi yang intens, sehingga mampu melahirkan suasana persaudaraan dan keakraban,” ujar Haris.
Haris menjelaskan, anggota komunitas Pekdelapur sebagian besar berusia di atas 55 tahun dan merupakan pensiunan.***
