WARGA Kelurahan Danyang, Kota Purwodadi, Kabupaten Grobogan setiap sore dibuat terhibur dengan kehadiran layang-layang berkepala naga berukuran jumbo.

Di Lapangan Sepakbola Danyang Selatan, beberapa kelompok pemuda dan anak-anak mendemontrasikan bermain layang-layang tersebut sebagai pengisi waktu.

Dari beberapa jenis layangan, ada satu yang paling besar, berbentuk naga, dengan ukuran panjang 60 meter dan diameter 70 centimeter milik Suyono, warga RT 4/RW 1 Kelurahan Danyang.

LAYANG-layang naga raksasa sepanjang 60 meter milik Suyono, sebelum diterbangkan di Lapangan Sepakbola Danyang Selatan, untuk memberikan hiburan gratis warga.

Menurut Suyono, memerlukan waktu seminggu untuk proses pembuatan layang-layang raksasa itu, dan menghabiskan biaya sekitar Rp 400 ribu.

“Untuk pengoperasiannya, memerlukan 4 orang tenaga, baik untuk menerbangkan maupun untuk menurunkannya,” ungkap Suyono, Minggu (8/11/2020).

Kepada inspirasiline.com, Suyono menjelaskan, di samping untuk memberikan hiburan gratis kepada masyarakat, dia juga sedang mempersiapkan diri untuk mengikuti festival layang-layang internasional tahun depan di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, dengan hadiah total sekitar Rp 20 juta.

“Terlepas menang atau kalah dalam festival nanti, minimal telah bisa memberikan hiburan tersendiri dalam masa pandemi ini,” ujar Suyono.***
