KEPOLISIAN Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) resmi mencopot Kapolsek Tegal Selatan Kompol Joeharno, buntut konser dangdut yang digelar Wakil Ketua DPRD Tegal Wasmad Edi Susilo di Lapangan Tegal Selatan, Kota Tegal, Rabu (23/9/2020).
Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Argo Yuwono dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Sabtu (28/9/2020) menyatakan, saat ini Joeharno telah dinonaktifkan dari jabatannya untuk menjalani proses pemeriksaan internal.
“Kapolsek sudah diserahterimakan dan Kapolseknya diperiksa oleh Propam,” ujar Argo.
Argo mengatakan, Polri juga tengah melakukan pendalaman berdasarkan LP bernomor LP/A/91/IX/2020/Jateng/Res Tegal Kota tertanggal 25 September 2020 atas dugaan pelanggaran Pasal 93 Undang-Undang No 6/2018 tentang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan dan Pasal 216 KUHP.
Hal tersebut disebabkan penyelenggaraan acara dangdut yang menimbulkan kerumunan massa, sehingga dimungkinkan menimbulkan percepatan penyebaran Covid-19 atau klaster baru penularan.
Selain itu, kata Argo, beberapa barang bukti juga turut diamankan terkait konser dangdut tersebut.
“Polisi telah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap 10 orang saksi dan terlapor Wasmad Edi Susilo,” ucap Argo.
Sebelumnya, Wasmad menggelar hajatan dengan konser dangdut yang dihadiri ribuan orang di Lapangan Tegal Selatan.
Pelaksanaan hiburan tersebut diduga tidak memperoleh izin dari kepolisian, karena menghadirkan banyak orang di tengah pandemi Covid-19.
Wasmad selaku penyelenggara acara telah menjalani pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian pada Kamis (24/9/2020).***
