KEMATIAN petani Jumino alias Mbah Mino (58) asal Putatsewu RT 2, Jatitengah, Sukodono, akibat tersetrum jebakan tikus di sawah Desa Jatitengah, Kecamatan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sragen dipastikan bakal berbuntut panjang.
Kapolres Sragen AKBP Yuswanto Ardi mengisyaratkan, pemilik sawah yang memasang perangkap tikus hingga menewaskan Mbah Mino berpotensi dijerat pidana.
Kapolres mengatakan, kasus tewasnya Mbah Mino berbeda dari kasus-kasus tewas serupa sebelumnya.
Mbah Mino tewas tersetrum jebakan tikus yang dipasang tetangga di sawahnya. Sedangkan sebelumnya, rata-rata korban tewas di lahan sendiri.
“Kali ini terjadi di sawah orang lain, sehingga untuk potensi mengarah ke pidana tetap ada pada peristiwa hari ini. Korban dengan pemilik lahan merupakan orang yang berbeda. Ini merupakan kejadian yang berbeda dengan kejadian dua hari lalu, korban adalah pemilik lahan sendiri,” ungkap Kapolres AKBP Yuswanto Ardi kepada wartawan seusai memimpin olah TKP di sawah tempat jenazah Mbah Mino ditemukan, Rabu (4/11/2020).
Pagi Ini, petani asal Jatitengah ditemukan tak bernyawa di pematang sawah tetangganya.
Namun, pihaknya masih akan mendiskusikan dengan kepala desa dan Kapolsek Sukodono. Untuk penyidikan tahap awal, sementara akan ditangani oleh Polsek Sukodono.
Menurut Kapolres AKBP Yuswanto Ardi, jerat hukum akan dioptimalkan agar para petani jera mengunakan setrum jebakan tikus. Sebab, tujuan dari penegakan hukum itu adalah untuk memberi efek jera.
Namun ketika ada upaya lain dan bisa menjadi formula lain bisa memberi efek jera, tidak menutup kemungkinan akan dipakai formula itu.
“Yang jelas, penyelidikan tahap awal dari Polsek akan dilakukan,” terangnya.
Kapolres AKBP Yuswanto Ardi menyebut, pemilik sawah yang memasang jebakan tikus kemungkinan akan dijerat pasal 359 KUHP tentang Kelalaian yang Menyebabkan Orang Lain Meninggal Dunia, dengan ancaman hukuman penjara maksimal lima tahun.

Sementara hasil visum korban, Kapolres mengungkapkan, didapati 100% luka pada kaki, bagian pergelangan, dan betis atas. “Ini menjadi perhatian kami Polres Sragen,” tandasnya.
Pria paruh baya itu ditemukan tewas di pematang sawah milik tetangganya, Pariman (59), asal Lemahireng RT 5, Jatitengah, Sukodono.
Data yang dihimpun di lapangan, insiden itu diketahui sekitar pukul 08.00. Diduga kuat, korban sudah meninggal beberapa jam sebelumnya.
Korban baru diketahui oleh petani tetangga yang mendapati korban sudah tidak bernyawa.
Saat ditemukan, posisinya tergeletak dengan kepala terjerembab di lahan sawah, sedangkan kakinya menjuntai di pematang.
“Iya, benar. Mbah Mino meninggal akibat kesetrum jebakan tikus. Tapi tidak ada yang tahu persis kronologinya, yang jelas saat ditemukan sudah meninggal. Tidak di sawahnya sendiri, tapi di sawah sampingnya,” papar Kepala Desa (Kades) Jatitengah, Sagi kepada inspirasiline.com, Rabu (4/11/2020).
Warga menduga, korban terpeleset lalu terjatuh dan kena jebakan tikus di sawah Pariman. Sebab, kondisi tanah di sawah lokasi kejadian masih basah dan berlumpur.***
